The provided reviews for New Luck Garden highlight a spectrum of experiences, underscoring the importance for potential customers to consider these varying perspectives.
Information regarding the specific environment or ambiance of New Luck Garden is not detailed in the provided customer reviews. The feedback primarily focuses on the food and service aspects. Without any descriptive comments about the décor, cleanliness, or overall atmosphere of the restaurant itself, it is challenging to provide an objective assessment of its environment. Local users interested in dining in might consider inquiring directly with the restaurant or seeking additional reviews that might offer insights into the ambiance.
In terms of services, the reviews suggest that New Luck Garden offers both dine-in and delivery options. One customer explicitly mentions receiving an order, implying delivery service. Another customer's disappointment with a substituted dish and the quantity of meat suggests a dine-in or takeout experience where the order was prepared by the restaurant staff. The mention of a phone order being taken also indicates that phone orders are accepted, likely for both pickup and delivery. However, there is no information regarding the speed or reliability of their delivery service, nor are there comments on the efficiency of their dine-in service beyond the issues raised in the negative reviews.
The features of New Luck Garden, based on the limited feedback, are somewhat varied in their perception by customers. One significant negative feature highlighted by a reviewer is the issue with order accuracy and the perceived poor quantity of meat in the dishes ordered. This customer expressed the need to reorder from another Chinese restaurant, indicating a significant dissatisfaction with their experience. Another reviewer described their experience as a "complete disaster" and a "waste of money," suggesting a severe negative encounter that encompassed more than just one aspect of their order.
Conversely, a more positive feature mentioned by another customer is the value of a specific dish, the "chow Mein Special," priced at $6.75. This reviewer stated they were "impressed" with this particular item for its price, suggesting that New Luck Garden might offer certain dishes that are considered a good value for money. However, this positive feedback is limited to a single dish and does not necessarily reflect the overall quality or value of the entire menu.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for New Luck Garden in the provided customer reviews. Restaurants often utilize promotions to attract customers, such as discounts on specific items, combination deals, or special offers during certain times. I was very disappointed in the order I has received I ask for a plate and they doesn’t have and they changed for another and the amount of meat of each plate was very poor we have to reorder in another Chinese I discribed it such a complete disaster , waste my money
Not bad at all for the price, I was impressed. But this applies only to what I usually order from there, chow Mein Special. $6.75
Ordered pork chow mein. Got a container filled with sliced onions and bean sprouts in about a cup of liquid. Not a single noodle to be found. I do not speak Cantonese, but I believe mein means noodle. Not even sure what this is. Won't order from here again.
My girlfriend and I just got food poisoning tonight from them via an UberEats order. The shrimp was undercooked, and chicken was slimy. Never order from here.
The Chicken broccoli was SLIMY, and the meat had a grayish pallor. The wonton soup was RED and also tasted lousy. Worst of all was the egg roll, which had the consistency and taste of a dirty sponge. That was my first AND LAST time frequenting this place. Very disappointed. They won't be around long.
