One customer reported a very negative experience with their order, stating that the beef on a stick was dry and hard. When they contacted the restaurant the next day to speak with the manager, identified as Yoko, regarding the terrible quality, they were asked to return the previously delivered food for a refund. The customer expressed disbelief at this request and ultimately disputed the charges with their credit card company due to the poor quality and service.
Another reviewer described their Chicken Lo Mein as "awful," noting a strong and unpleasant fishy taste and smell. This led them to speculate about the cleanliness of the cooking pans. They also found the wonton to be greasy, though they mentioned the egg roll was good. This customer emphasized how poorly prepared the Lo Mein was, considering it a dish that is typically "very hard to mess up this bad."

I wish I would have read the reviews before my very first order yesterday evening. Today I asked for the manager named Yoko? And told her my order was terrible the beef was dry on a stick and hard rubber she told me to bring the food back I ordered and she would return my payment I was taken aback cause it was delivered from the night before. Did she expect me to save the food the next day and take it to her place? How ignorant and totally dumbfounded. I just said yes I’ll bring it back . Called my cc ask disputed the charges for bad quality service. Next time please read the reviews.
I got chicken lo mein… it tastes awful. Smells strongly and tastes of fish 🤮 I am imagining they are not cleaning their cooking pans in between orders. So so so gross. Lo mein is very hard to mess up this bad. Wonton is greasy. Egg roll was good.
Haven't gone there in a long time, and won't go again. The food quality has gone down significantly, portions are smaller, and cost is about 30% higher than last year. For a large soup they give you 1 bag of noodles, otherwise you have to pay, the portions are small, barely any chicken in the chicken and broccoli, and cashew chicken. The fried rice, container was not full....They now charge you to put eggs in the fried rice (really?), you're already up-charging for everything already... and those coupons we loved when you order $20, $30,$40 etc.. and you got a free egg roll, etc... Gone! And the worst part, is that they are rude! The reviews clearly reflect these issues... Good luck to you New Hong Kong Chinese... I'm moving on... Looking for a new place. Any suggestions?
This place was horrible. I ordered Singapore noodles and they literally gave me noodles that were white because they had no seasoning at all!!! no flavor at all, and they never even gave me the meat that is supposed to come with the meal. It was just eggs. Vegetables and shrimp It was supposed to come with shrimp pork. And chicken and my girlfriend's shrimp Lo mein Also tasted very bland and the crab Rangoon had no crab meat at all inside it was barely fried and was filled with mostly cream cheese and the red sauce tasted horrible also I have eaten at many chinese places But this is definitely the worst One I have ever experienced Stay away!
I was disappointed in the food, I ordered door dash and ordered pork friend rice and dumpling soup, The soup had zero flavor, just tasted like water with dough dumplings floating in it. They used sooooo much dough on their dumplings with a quarter size of meat inside the soup that wasn't worth it at all. The rice same thing no flavor, and they didn't include any salt or pepper, just a lot of soy sauce and suck sauce. The rice was a bit hard and crunch, and soy sauce didn't fix the issue ither. Won't recommend eating here.
