I’m absolutely in love with this Chinese restaurant in Pensacola, FL!🍜🍱🥡 The New Hong Kong House provides an all around excellent dining experience! Atmosphere: The restaurant is on the corner of a small shopping center with a large interior that provides a variety of seating areas. Service: Our waiter was on it. He placed our orders quickly, made sure that we had refills, and gave great recommendations when asked! Menu items: We got the Baked Custard Tarts (Egg Tarts) from the Dim Sum menu, Egg Drop Soup (not pictured), Pork and Shrimp Dumplings, Curry Chicken, and Black Pepper Chicken with Lo Mein. Every single dish was delicious and flavorful providing unique menu options to the area. I loved it so much that I’m already planning to come back to try new menu items!

This is by far the best Chinese food in Pensacola hands down! Everything we ordered was great tasting and the service was absolutely amazing. The host convinced my wife and I to give it a try and we were not disappointed one bit. Great food is hard to find in Pensacola especially if you’re from out of town. This place sets the bar.

The food was delicious! General chicken + house special lo mein. Dinner entrees come with steamed or fried rice. This tasted like a really upscale chinese food restaurant. The ambiance was great as well. Felt modern and clean. The waiter was exceedingly kind and considerate. All of the staff was super friendly. It made the experience all the more better! A resounding 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely try this place out if you are in the area!

This place far exceeded my expectations. The remodel is nice, I like that there is a brighter middle section, and a darker back section for headache sufferers like me. It is inviting but still intimate. The food was very very good, but the service was top tier. Shane knew the menu in and out, and was able to make great suggestions that we enjoyed very much, as well as give us many a reason to come back. My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him about the menu and chinese food as a whole. I will certainly be asking for him again when we come back. The mongolian lamb was quite good, nice and smokey with lots of vegetables. The eggplant with tofu was so good! Tofu was a little dry inside, but eggplant was perfect. All of the dumplings and dim sum were also good, but the Portuguese egg tarts were a real standout treat. I expected the rice paper variant, but instead got some real deal super buttery Pasteis De Nata, and buddy I'll be back just for these. A pain to make at home, but super nice way to end our meal. There is a wide range of prices, and portions felt very fair. Absolutely worth a visit. Ask for Shane.

Food and service is always EXCELLENT 10000/10. Emma is hands down the best server and we ask for her every time we go I wish I wouldve remember to do this review earlier. We LOVE the ginger lobster & Dry pawns ( & EMMA)
