New China hut # 3 (downtown Aurora)

I originally ordered this for my family because we wanted to do dinner together. I think the portion sizes are amazing and the prices are great, but I was extremely disappointed in the food quality. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was dark and stale. The rice just tastes like a ton of soy sauce was added and that’s it. The noodles were kinda burnt and so they were a bit off on flavor. The orange chicken didn’t have any zest to it, and neither did the general tso chicken. Both were like 65% breading and hardly any chicken meat. It also felt like I was eating low quality chicken nugget meat. Honestly the best thing they had provided was the crab rangoon and egg roll. Needless to say I won’t be giving them a second chance just because of a bad first experience. Sorry!

This has been one of our go-to takeout spots since we moved to the neighborhood almost a year ago. Consistently quick & friendly service, great food. Love their smoothies.

I don't know what's going on but New China Hut it's been around for so many years good customer service for me food is amazing the employees are really good employees and the owners are really good friend of mines the delivery guy Carlos good guy and ever since I've been there I never had bad experience you guys are the best in Aurora keep on doing the good work much love to the owners Carlos and A-Town you guys are amazing Thank you

Reading some of these reviews and I’m super confused. They must have the wrong place, I’ve been eating here for years. My family and me think the food here is great! We’ve tried other Chinese restaurants in the area and this one definitely has the best tasting food. There’s two other restaurants that are closer to my house but I rather drive a little more for the quality. They were on vacation a few weeks ago and we gave another place a shot, but that was a mistake. The consistency is the best. Prices are extremely fair for the portions you get; usually enough for leftovers too. Regarding the reviews about lady/owner, I’ve never experienced any rudeness or anything, might just be some sort of cultural differences and expectations but she’s cool to me and nice to my kids. Love this place

Horrible service from the owner, screaming and yelling because I was missing my item from my order and my food was messed up. The food was ok except my food thar was burnt but she denied me a refund or food in exchange. The owner treats ppl different and if there's a problem never admits it. She told me I lied about calling the store and problem with my food. It's good until you disagree or there's a problem then you see the real service given. I spent 50.00 in food and still hasn't refunded my drink never received and put me on hold for 20mins talking badly about me while I could hear , then never returned to issue my refund. I'll never eat there again, I tool a break because of horrible customer service, now for good. I can't support eating at a place that the owner treats customers different and their food. I don't trust it.
