About New China Garden

New China Garden is a Chinese Restaurant located at 590 Cedar Creek Rd # 114 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. As a local establishment offering Chinese cuisine, it likely provides both takeout and dine-in services to the community. The available customer reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the restaurant, with one highlighting a significant issue with customer service and the other praising the natural taste and quality of the food.

One customer reported a severely negative experience related to customer service. This reviewer, who identified as hearing impaired, claimed they were yelled at while attempting to place their order, leading to them being "totally turned off" and not even completing their order. They described the interaction as "Trash!" This feedback raises serious concerns about the staff's التعامل with customers, particularly those with disabilities, and suggests a lack of appropriate communication skills or sensitivity.

In contrast, another customer shared a positive experience with their order of vegetable fried rice and chicken and broccoli. They noted that they were unsure if vegetable fried rice was a standard menu item or if it was specially prepared for them, which they considered "super kind." This suggests a potential willingness of the restaurant to accommodate specific requests. Furthermore, this reviewer praised the taste of the food, describing it as "natural." They found the chicken to be "really tender" and the juices from the chicken and broccoli to be "yum." Importantly, they also mentioned not experiencing the "heaviness feeling" often associated with added food coloring or preservatives, implying a focus on using fresh ingredients and avoiding excessive additives.

Based on these two reviews, the environment of New China Garden is not explicitly described. As a restaurant located in a strip mall at 590 Cedar Creek Rd # 114, it likely offers a casual and functional setting for both dining in and picking up takeout orders. The ambiance and decor are not mentioned in the provided feedback.

The services offered by New China Garden appear to include both takeout and dine-in. The negative review suggests that phone orders are also taken, although the interaction was unsatisfactory for that particular customer. The positive review highlights the potential for accommodating special requests, such as preparing a dish not explicitly listed on the menu. The efficiency and friendliness of the service are not consistently portrayed, with one customer reporting a very poor experience and the other implying a positive interaction through the willingness to customize an order.

Features of New China Garden, based on the limited reviews, include the potential for naturally flavored food without a heavy reliance on artificial additives, as praised by one customer. The tenderness of the chicken and the appealing taste of the chicken and broccoli dish were also noted positively. The willingness to prepare a dish not explicitly on the menu could be considered a feature of their service. However, the significant issue with customer service reported by another reviewer is a serious concern that could deter potential customers.

No specific promotional information, such as discounts, special offers, or loyalty programs, is mentioned in the provided reviews. Local users interested in such information would need to contact New China Garden directly at (910) 486-8777 or +1 910-486-8777. It would be advisable to inquire about any current specials or promotions when calling to place an order or if planning to dine in.

In conclusion, New China Garden in Fayetteville, NC, presents a mixed picture based on the limited customer feedback available. While one customer lauded the natural taste and quality of their vegetable fried rice and chicken and broccoli, as well as the restaurant's willingness to accommodate a special request, another reported a severely negative experience with customer service, particularly regarding communication with a hearing-impaired individual. Potential local users should be aware of these contrasting experiences. The positive review suggests that the food quality can be good, with a focus on natural flavors. However, the serious concerns raised about customer service indicate a potential risk of negative interactions. It might be prudent for new customers to proceed with caution and perhaps assess their own interactions and food quality firsthand. Contacting the restaurant directly for any promotional information or to inquire about their service policies might also be beneficial.

The stark contrast between the two reviews underscores the importance of consistent customer service and quality in the food industry. While positive feedback can attract customers, negative experiences, especially those involving mistreatment or communication barriers, can have a significant deterrent effect.

The willingness of New China Garden to prepare a dish not explicitly on the menu is a positive sign of customer accommodation. If this level of service extends to all interactions, it could be a significant asset for the restaurant.

The praise for the "natural" taste of the food and the absence of a heavy feeling often associated with additives could appeal to health-conscious customers. If New China Garden consistently delivers on this aspect of food quality, it could be a key differentiator.

For local users in Fayetteville, NC, who are considering New China Garden, it might be helpful to look for additional, more recent reviews to get a broader sense of the current customer experience. If the positive aspects mentioned in one review are consistent, it could be a worthwhile option. However, the serious customer service issue reported by another patron should also be taken into consideration.

We ordered a vegetable fried rice and also chicken and broccoli. We weren't sure if they did have vegetable fried rice or they made it for us (which, if the case, was super kind). However, eveything tasted natural!! The chicken was really tender btw and the juices from chicken and broccoli tasted yum. Also, we didn't have that heaviness feeling which usually comes to us with added food coloring or preservatives.

Ordered Honey Wings and Shrimp Fried Rice from here and as soon as I bit into the chicken, it tasted spoiled. Highly disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend.

Tried to make an online order for delivery to my hotel. Their website was trying to force me to make an account with them to make an order. WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO EAT??? I ordered from someone else. You lost money due to your website.

Worst Chinese restaurant so far! Too expensive, small portions (meat and rice), too much onions and peppers! Just buy an onion and a pepper and eat them in your car! Don't support a business just because you are starving and can't cook!
