Customer reviews for New China present significantly contrasting opinions. One reviewer expressed extreme concern regarding the restaurant's hygiene, describing unsanitary conditions, witnessing a kitchen staff member handling food with bare hands without washing them, and claiming to have seen cockroaches. This reviewer strongly advises against eating at New China due to potential health risks.

Conversely, another reviewer, while acknowledging that the place appears dirty and old, found the food to be really good, specifically recommending the pork fried rice. They noted that the food was served steaming hot and stayed warm. This reviewer also mentioned that the cashier was friendly but spoke quickly and that the restaurant is a cash-only establishment. Overall, despite the perceived cleanliness issues, this reviewer found the food to be pretty solid.

Given these starkly different perspectives, potential customers should be aware of the reported concerns regarding hygiene and cleanliness alongside the positive feedback on food quality. It is recommended to consider these recent experiences when deciding whether to dine at or order from New China.

Today, I came here (based on the good rating) and was simply shocked. Shocked by the unsanitary conditions and the filth around. What struck me the most was the person in the kitchen—he was mixing noodles with his bare hands, without gloves, and without even washing his hands after cleaning a dirty table. It was a horrifying sight. I think eating here is very dangerous for one's health. NOT RECOMMENDED DANGEROUS COCKROACHES

I am very glad that there is this place near my Home, which I have been going to for more than 3 years. The guy who takes orders already knows exactly what I will order. They always give extra sauce (all types, soy, hot, ketchup, duck) and always offer rice for the combo, even if you didn’t order it, because it’s included in the combo. but I never take rice separately. I love the sesame shrimp there (they are sold only in large portions, but this is the case in almost all Chinese establishments). My second favorite dish is fried chicken, it's perfect. and I like to get their sesame chicken with rice. Everything is always hot and incredibly tasty. This is the best place for inexpensive takeaway food, there is only 1 table inside. it’s just that the place was originally intended for delivery.

A Fantastic Dining Experience! This Chinese food restaurant is a gem! The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My personal favorites are the boneless spare rib tips and the pork fried rice — both are absolutely delicious and never disappoint. The iced tea is another standout; it’s perfectly sweetened and pairs wonderfully with the meal. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, the service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great Chinese food at a fair price!

Food is mediocre but okay , they skimp on the vegetables for a simple fried rice , it just rice and meat no veggies , also beware to always ask them for any price and promotions on the phone before showing up , they will rob you of $1 to $.50 or just charge extra for because they think you won’t confront them. They rob the neighborhood with unsavory practices such as this. Also how do you make fried rice with fresh cook rice instead of days old rice . Spend ya money elsewhere
