New Canton Inn

I ordered chicken chow mein on Sunday March 16th. This was what was in the box when I went to eat it on Monday March 17th after being refrigerated only one night. I am sure this is not how chow mein should look. This immediately went in the trash. I am highly disappointed and disgusted.

I used to eat here as a child with my parents. The dine in experience was phenomenal. They’ve recently gotten rid of the dine in experience and I really wish they would bring it back. It’s one of the only places we went as a whole family, it’s hurt my heart that I can’t revisit this place like how it was then. One of the coolest things about it is it hasn’t changed since I was a child. I hope one day I can dine in here again.

I will never eat here again. It was disgusting, our chicken was soggy... My daughter's wasn't even spicy. I ordered a side of the gravy that they use for the mixed veggies, they gave me they gravy for the almond chicken, which was what I ordered. The rice was tasteless. I asked for extra soy packets and they gave me 2. 😡

The only thing is u don’t get any napkins other than that the packaging was perfect the food was good the quantity was just right

When my mother and I went to this place to place an order, the front door was locked. The sign on that door said "Pick Up Orders Go To Side Door." We went to the side door and no one was there. We called and they told us to go to the front door to knock. We did that and no one came to the door. I found this to be very rude. We called again and asked if they could open the door but then they just asked us to place an order. We ended up leaving.
