About New Beijing Restaurant

New Beijing Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant located at 2350 N Reading Rd #9 in Denver, Pennsylvania. As a Chinese Restaurant, it provides options for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services. They can be contacted at (717) 336-8886 or +1 717-336-8886.

Customer reviews of New Beijing Restaurant present contrasting experiences. One customer expressed extreme dissatisfaction with a recent delivery order. They reported that the coconut chicken was overcooked, the rolls (pizza rolls and spring rolls) were cold with insufficient sauce, and a sushi roll was missing avocado and tasted old, possibly containing incorrect ingredients. This customer stated they would not return due to the poor food quality and rude, pushy staff.

Furthering this negative feedback, the same customer recounted calling the restaurant to express their dissatisfaction and intention not to return, to which they received a dismissive "okay thank you." This response was perceived as a lack of care for food quality and customer concerns.

In contrast, another customer mentioned that New Beijing Restaurant offers affordable lunch specials and the option to dine-in after paying for the food at the counter. This reviewer found the food to be "decent," suggesting a more neutral experience.

In summary, New Beijing Restaurant in Denver, PA, has received mixed reviews. While it offers affordable lunch specials and a dine-in option, some customers have reported significant issues with food quality, particularly with delivery orders, as well as concerns about staff rudeness and a lack of customer service. Local users should consider these varied recent experiences when deciding whether to patronize New Beijing Restaurant.

This place SUCKS. We've given chance after chance and we're done! Just got food delivered. Got coconut chicken: way over cooked. All of the rolls we ordered are cold (pizza rolls, 2 spring rolls) also barely any sauce for the spring rolls. I got a sushi roll and it was missing the avocado and tastes super old, I don't even think it has the right stuff in it. I'm really disappointed and we don't plan on coming back. Save your money, try a new place! Not to mention, staff is rude and pushy!!! I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THE FOOD WASNT VERY GOOD AND I WOULDNT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THIS ORDER AND SHE SAID "OKAY THANK YOU" SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR FOOD AND CUSTOMERS. DO BETTER!!!!! I've worked as a manager in kitchen for years and this is not how you treat a problem or customers!

As we entered for affordable lunch specials, we had the option to dine-in. You pay for your food and you can seat at a table to eat. The food is decent!

Never been in to eat. We've only ever gotten delivery. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Food is delicious and it's our go to. When it's delivered, it's quick and piping hot still. You can't beat it for this area (not alot of options in the Adamstown/Denver area). My husband is from New York and he said it reminds him of Chinese food from the city (which in his opinion is the best).

Went there for lunch with some friends. All of us ordered sushi so the food took some time to come out but that's normal and expected since we ordered so much. The rolls are generous and everything is presented very beautifully. I would recommend the place if you want Sushi. :)
