Authentic Fujianese food that truly attracts local Fujianese diners. The few that remain in Chinatown.

My go-to fujianese spot in Manhattan Chinatown. Probs the most extensive fujianese menu in the area w food served as good as home cooked. I loved that they actually bother putting vegs, much more balanced meal than almost all other takeout spots. Super affordable, basically everything is ~$10 or less I come here at least once a week, at times everyday.

Very authentic Fuzhou comfort food served in basic settings. Everything is served in dsiposable plates or cups, but everything we have tried is so delicious! The stir fried snow pea shoots were very tender and full of flavor. Fish ball soup was piping hot and had about ten fish balls (for only $3). The Fuzhou style spare ribs were deep fried with chunks of taro in a sweet and sour sauce. The veggies in the pork fried rice noodles ($5) were just a tad bitter, which was perfect for the dish. For sure this food has more subtle flavor than say sichuan cuisine, but still outstanding in its own way. Five stars.

Went with my friend for a quick and easy lunch. For the price it’d be like a 4.5, the only thing is that there’s barely flavor in any of the actual food. Most of it only comes with the soup and sauce, which they definitely aren’t generous with. Had a fuzhou spare rib with rice and for some reason there was like almost no sauce and most of it was on the bottom of the dish?? 🤨

Great fish over rice, but confusing ordering system. You have to go up to the cashier after to pay. They don’t bring you a bill. Rude service.
