Nardelli’s Grinder Shoppe

My only real complaint is anytime you order through door dash or over the phone my order is never right EVER!! If I wanted my sandwich toasted I’d put that in the notes or say that however when I go out of my way to say not toasted and they still do it’s annoying! If I ask for certain things not to be on my sandwich and you still do it is just them being lazy! Clean you press so the sandwiches don’t have a weird burnt taste that isn’t appetizing! Also if I ask certain things on my sandwiches please just do it!!! Every time me and my coworkers order from here, this is our main issue Our sandwiches are never done right however, if we go in store, they’re fine.

Just going to mention that I was very disappointed on Christmas Eve with our food delivery. The size isn’t what it used to be. If I had only ordered the lasagna which was supposed to feed 15 people and a salad, this would not be enough food. It’s seemed like a half tray. Good thing I had made a ham and other sides. This has never happened before

This was the saddest sandwich I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be turkey, American cheese, lettuce, mayo, oil, and vinegar… there’s like 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, maybe a teaspoon of mayo and definitely no oil or vinegar. And to top it we spent around $65. Next time I’ll make my own. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Edit: I opened the other half to see the lack of mayo and there was a big pube staring back at me. Yuck 🤮🤮🤮 threw it all out! $65 wasted

For the 3rd time in a row, I order the Nardellis "Signature" Salad and it's full of rotten lettuce and slimy cucumbers. I understand they're obviously made in advance but this is disgusting. Our office won't be ordering lunch from here anymore.

Grinders were good. A lot to choose from, even the choice of breads used. Service was swift, and food was hot. Prices are reasonable. Good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner for the family. I will come back again
