About Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings

Singaporeans who appreciate authentic Chinese cuisine, particularly the delicate art of dim sum and dumplings, might be interested to learn about Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings. Although this highly-regarded restaurant is situated in Denver, Colorado, USA, its exceptional reviews highlight the qualities that many look for in a top-notch Chinese dining experience.

Customers consistently praise the food at Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings, with one reviewer stating that everything they tasted was "exceptional." Two particular dishes, the **beans and buns**, are repeatedly mentioned as being "truly unforgettable" and the highlight of the meal, setting a "gold standard for flavor." This suggests that Nana's excels in creating dishes that leave a lasting impression.

Beyond the food, the service at Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings receives high marks. One reviewer specifically mentioned a staff member, Francheska, for being "exceptionally helpful" and adding a "personal touch" to the visit with her friendly demeanor. Positive service is a key aspect of a satisfying dining experience, and this feedback indicates that Nana's prioritizes customer care.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is also noted as being "great," contributing to a pleasant dining environment where guests can feel comfortable and enjoy their meal.

While one customer who had recently moved from New York City felt the prices were a bit higher than expected for Denver, they still acknowledged that the food was "good," suggesting that the quality justifies the cost. However, another reviewer mentioned that the beef noodle soup, while having good flavors, was not as bold as they were accustomed to and leaned towards the sweeter side. This indicates that while most dishes are hits, individual preferences for specific regional variations might vary.

Although there is no specific promotional information available for local users in Singapore since the restaurant is in the USA, the overwhelmingly positive reviews for the dim sum and dumplings, particularly the "unforgettable" beans and buns, and the excellent service and atmosphere, suggest that Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings offers a high-quality Chinese dining experience. After eagerly waiting to try Nana's Dumplings, we finally had the chance to visit—and it did not disappoint. Everything we tasted was exceptional, but the **beans and buns** were truly unforgettable, standing out as the highlight of an already incredible meal. The experience was made even better by the exceptionally helpful staff (Francheska) who assisted us. Her friendly demeanor added a personal touch that made the visit all the more enjoyable. Though the Colorado Springs location has yet to open, our visit to Nana's Dumplings proved that it is well worth the drive. This spot has set a gold standard for flavor, and we can’t wait to enjoy it again in the future—perhaps next time, closer to home!

Did we order just about everything? YES. But we did make the mistake of not ordering the soup dumplings because we thought they were the Signature Bao 😢🤣 We will be going back to get them! Having just moved from NYC we thought this place was over priced for Denver, but the food was good. The only thing that wasn’t a hit was the beef noodle soup. The flavors were there but just not as bold as what I’m use to and seem to be on the sweeter side. The service and atmosphere were great. We look forward to revisiting!

We absolutely loved this place—the atmosphere was fantastic, though the music was a bit too loud. We tried around ten dishes from the menu, and every single one was a hit! The ambiance and flavors made us feel like we had stepped into an Asian food paradise. I especially loved the thumblings and chili wontons—they were packed with flavor. The service was great and reasonably quick, and the cocktails were excellent—strong and well-crafted. Overall, this place deserves a solid five stars!

Came to the Nana's location in the Highlands (HiLo?) part of Denver, on Tejon Street. Was pleasantly surprised by the good food and friendly service with the Chinese decor all around the restaurant. There's a large bar, and plenty of seating all around in booths and tables. The menu contains shareables, dim sum, some entree-sized dishes, as well as dessert dim sum as well. Some dishes are seemed as a 4-piece, while some others are a 6-piece. We had five dishes, no alcohol/wine, and the bill came to about $80 including tips and tax. The restaurant also automatically charges a 3% add-on to your pre-tax total, which can be removed at request (and risking yourself to sound a cheapskate?), if you wish. Parking is on the street, so watch for signs. Overall, a nice place for date night.
