Nice decoration, cozy but the price is a little bit too high. Small portion. $260 for few dishes not worth it. Taste was ok not much special. I got pot stick. Spicy pork with is ok. And another dish. When the food came out. Is not even bother me to take a picture. It's just like regular Chinese restaurant. I'm sorry if I have to says that. But ...... it just true feeling from me
The service is good and attentive with the ambiance acceptable but the food is nothing close to what a Chinese meal is supposed to be!! We ordered the pre set 3 course menu with the Peking Duck spending top dollar for a meal which was extremely disappointing , lacking flavour and poor value for money considering our spend for a meal for 3 pax! Very disappointing! We wasted most of the dishes as they were nothing close to what a Chinese meal is supposed to be!! The specials were also poor and lacked flavours synonymous with good Chinese dishes! To enhance flavours we asked for sauces which normally accompany dishes to enhance flavours but nothing was available! Over all very disappointing experience!!
Amazing food. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Our experience was top notch. Tried a few things we normally wouldn’t have because the waiter recommended them and they were delicious.
We were really disappointed with our experience. We had a reservation for 10:30, but were rushed to order food and drinks right away. It felt like we were being monitored throughout the meal, with pressure to finish and leave quickly. We got there at 10:30. By 11:30 there were 10 staff members standing around our table waiting for us to leave. When we asked the manager (Monica) why the rush, she told us it was a corporate policy. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I’ve visited the Miami location many times and have never encountered such poor service or quality.
Has has always been top notch here but recently we’ve seen portions being reduced and prices gone up. Last night we had a unfortunate experience when we (7 people) were wrongly charged for 11 bottles of Pelegrino when we only had 4, and they put up a fight with us over it. That’s why they loose a star for my review. Otherwise great place, but we will probably think twice before coming back after a small sour taste from the argument.
