About Mong Dynasty Restaurant

Located at 3101 N College Ave in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Mong Dynasty Restaurant operates within the Chinese Restaurant category, offering a variety of dishes to the local community. This establishment can be contacted at phone number (479) 443-7666 or mobile phone +1 479-443-7666 for inquiries or to place orders. Customer reviews available online provide a glimpse into the dining experience at Mong Dynasty, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of their offerings.

One reviewer had an overwhelmingly positive experience, describing the food as "So damn good!" They specifically praised the Orange Chicken, noting its spiciness, perfect crispiness without being greasy, moistness, and the presence of real orange peels in the sauce. This detailed positive feedback suggests that the Orange Chicken is a standout dish at Mong Dynasty. The same reviewer also enjoyed the Egg Rolls, describing them as "so good," and found the Fried Rice to have "real flavor and bounce." The Egg Drop Soup was commended for its warming quality. However, they found the Crab Rangoon to be "a bit flavorless" but "well cooked," indicating a mixed opinion on this particular appetizer.

In contrast, another reviewer expressed significant disappointment with their meal. They ordered the Szechuan Chicken after seeing photos that suggested it contained broccoli, but their dish arrived with no broccoli or any other vegetables. This discrepancy between expectation and reality led to dissatisfaction. Additionally, they ordered the Hot and Sour Soup, which they expected to contain mushrooms, specifically shiitake or at least some type of mushroom. However, their soup contained no mushrooms at all. They found the Egg Roll to be "typical," offering no particular praise. Overall, this reviewer found their meal to be "pretty disappointing" and stated that they would not eat at Mong Dynasty again. This negative feedback highlights potential inconsistencies in the preparation of certain dishes and a possible lack of attention to advertised ingredients.

Considering these two contrasting reviews, the dining experience at Mong Dynasty Restaurant appears to be somewhat inconsistent. While some dishes, like the Orange Chicken, Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, and Egg Drop Soup, have been highly praised for their flavor and preparation, other dishes, such as the Szechuan Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup, have failed to meet customer expectations due to missing ingredients or a lack of flavor. The Crab Rangoon received a neutral review, being well-cooked but flavorless.

These reviews offer limited insight into the environment or ambiance of Mong Dynasty Restaurant. Neither review mentions the decor, cleanliness, or overall atmosphere of the dining space. Therefore, local users seeking information on these aspects would need to rely on other sources or personal experience.

Similarly, the available reviews do not provide details about the services offered by Mong Dynasty. It is unclear whether they offer dine-in, takeout, or delivery options. The efficiency and friendliness of the service are also not consistently addressed, with one reviewer focusing solely on the food and the other mentioning a positive overall experience without elaborating on the service itself (other than the speed implied by "so damn good!").

There is no information regarding any special features of Mong Dynasty Restaurant, such as unique menu items beyond those mentioned, a particular style of Chinese cuisine that they specialize in (though Szechuan Chicken suggests they offer Sichuan dishes), or any unique aspects of their preparation methods. Additionally, no promotional information, such as discounts, specials, or loyalty programs, is mentioned in the provided reviews.

For local users in Fayetteville considering Mong Dynasty Restaurant, it would be wise to take these contrasting experiences into account. If you are interested in trying their highly praised Orange Chicken or other dishes that received positive feedback, it might be worth a visit. However, the reported inconsistencies in other dishes, particularly the missing ingredients in the Szechuan Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup, are a point of concern. It might be prudent to inquire about the ingredients and preparation of specific dishes when ordering, especially if you have specific expectations based on menu descriptions or photos.

As there is no information about the environment or services beyond the food, potential customers will need to form their own opinions on these aspects upon visiting or contacting the restaurant. The lack of information also means that any unique features or promotional offers remain unknown based on the provided data.

In conclusion, Mong Dynasty Restaurant in Fayetteville, AR, seems to offer some well-received dishes, particularly the Orange Chicken, Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, and Egg Drop Soup. However, there are also reports of inconsistencies and missing ingredients in other dishes like the Szechuan Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup. The Crab Rangoon was noted as being flavorless despite good cooking. Without further information on the environment, services, or any special features, potential customers should consider the mixed feedback on the food when deciding whether to dine at or order from Mong Dynasty Restaurant.

So damn good! Orange chicken had spice and perfectly fried to be crispy and moist but not greasy. Real orange peels in the sauce! Egg rolls were so good. Fried rice had real flavor and bounce. Egg drop soup warmed us right up. Crab Rangoon’s were a bit flavorless but well cooked.

I ordered szechuan chicken after seeing photos of it containing broccoli, yet there was no broccoli or vegetables of any kind in it. I also ordered hot and sour soup, which is supposed to contain mushrooms, namely shittaki, but if not shittaki, mushrooms are always included in this soup. My soup had no mushrooms at all in it. The egg roll was typical. So, overall the meal was pretty disappointing and I won't be eating here again.

I just ate here for the first time and I was very disappointed. The egg drop soup tasted off. The food in general wasn't great and seemed lazily put together. The fried rice wasn't fried but just tossed with veggies. The flavors on the vegetable delight were bland. I'm not even sure if my rice was white or brown. The chicken on a stick wasn't traditional. I don't know how this restaurant has over 4 stars.

We LOVE to eat here. My family has been enjoying their fantastic food for over 30 years! The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is the best in NWA!

A neat and clean, tiny eatery serving Chinese food, more like Panda Express!! Unlike most of the Chinese places, they don’t have any buffet. You have to order from their selection of menus. I ordered crispy noodles, that came with a scoop of rice as well. The food was mediocre, the portion size as compared to the price was merely okay. We took an appetiser which was fried chicken tossed in a sweet and savoury sauce, skewed in sticks. It was decent. Overall, I felt the place a little underwhelming.
