Momo Mee Asian Cuisine

Since moving to Milwaukee, I’ve been looking for a good Asian cuisine spot, and I think I found my go-to. I came alone and sat at the two-seat high top in the bar area—the perfect place for someone just wanting to dine alone. I looked at the menu before coming to see if anything sparked my interest, and I would say it was hard to choose one thing. So many dishes stuck out that I wanted to try. After deciding, I started with an appetizer of dim sum. I got my go to Shao Mai. Was delicious. For my entree, I ordered the Cantonese Beef Chow Fun, one of my favorite dishes, which was fabulous! My waiter was very friendly and quick to get things. I will be back to try more dishes!!

Yum!! One of the best Asian cuisine restaurants in Milwaukee. Don't be fooled that it looks like a strip mall store, it is a classy restaurant! I highly recommend a reservation for the weekend unless you get lucky and get a spot at the bar. We've been here twice and have loved everything we have ordered. It's a little pricey, but the portions are large!

Great Vegetarian Options at Momo Mee! I go to Momo Mee often, and as a vegetarian, I love the variety they offer. Their vegetarian dumplings and Korean spicy noodles are my go-to dishes—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The food is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly. It’s my favorite spot for Asian fusion in the area! Highly recommend for vegetarians! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We found our experience to be pretty great. The food was as good as it looked and the dumplings were their own unique experience! The staff was warm and attentive. We ended up dining outside which allowed us the space and privacy we were looking for. Initially we had reserved a booth, however found ourselves sitting closer to the stranger next to us than each other. Definitely intimate inside but the food is worth it, and we plan on returning to try more of the menu.

Our Saturday night party of 8 went here after a recommendation, and we were blown away at how amazing everything was! Although walk-ins are accepted, I would highly recommend making a reservation. While we were eating, people were bunching up waiting inside and outside. Our party was seated at a long, narrow hightop table right next to the front window. The close proximity to the bar area meant we were seated very close to one another. Once drinks, appetizers and entrees were delivered, the space felt even tighter. Still, we made it work. We began with the Xiao Long Bao Soup Dumplings which, yes, were dumplings with soup inside. I have zero idea how they can pull this off, but they were absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend them! Just make sure you take that first bite over a plate and not your nice clothes ;) Having never tried Szechuan, I ordered the Szechuan Mala as my entree, which came in a clay pot. The beef was tender, the vegetables crispy and the sauce thick and spicy. Savory at it's finest! Sampling off each other's dishes, I can honestly say everyone enjoyed everything. There was not one dish that disappointed, and by the end of our meal we were all more than satisfied. However, we still had to try the Fried Mantou which was the perfect way to round our meal. Hot and crispy on the outside and hot and fluffy on the inside. Think donut holes but much, much better. Good service, great food and an intimate atmosphere make this a must visit spot! You can't go wrong.
