Ordered shrimp avocado roll and a spring shrimp egg roll which took forever meanwhile it was just sitting on the counter ready the lady running the front paid no mind at all her demeanor was cold and uptight- I had to ask her why is it taking long She then grabs my food to have someone else bag it I told her not to bag it I ordered to stay she said no it still has to get bagged. Meanwhile the shrimp Avocado roll is $8.50 for 6 tiny pieces ridiculous it should be at least 8 pieces for the price and for the shrimp egg roll 2 tiny shrimps were inside more vegetable than anything A guy came back inside to ask for another duck sauce and she wanted to charge $1 so this nice lady gave hers to him The guy orders a whole meal and he can’t get an extra duck sauce for free??? Ridiculous They need to greet customers and provide true customer service Do not know how this place is still surviving

Ordered shrimp teriyaki instead they sent shrimp broccoli in teriyaki sauce. Usually the shrimp teriyaki comes breaded in teriyaki sauce with zucchini not much.. I could have ordered shrimp broccoli from Tangs Garden and not paid 20 dollars for a few pieces of shrimp RIP offs. A guy called back and he was more concerned with driver running back and forth then a woman called and tried to explain how the new cook prepares teriyaki shrimp..horrible service don't waste your time and effort

The BEST place to get both Chinese and Japanese food in a quaint setting! Food is ALWAYS fresh and exquisitely prepared! HIGHLY recommend!

Food quality continues to go down. I will not order ever again. Your sauces are severely watered down. Quality does not exist.

I’m so disappointed with this restaurant, but then again, seeing the 3-star rating on Google and 2-star rating on Yelp, everything makes sense. The interaction that I had with the delivery guy, as well as the guy who took my order, can only be summed up by saying mediocre food and even worse customer service. So, I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the typical fried chicken wings, fried hard, cut up with a lot of ketchup and hot sauce with French fries. He tells me, “How am I supposed to know what a lot of hot sauce and ketchup is?” So I’m like… rude. But I never argue with people making my food. After I give the person my credit card information, I think, “Hmm, a Sprite would go great with this order.” So I ask if he can add 2 Sprites to the order (I drink a lot). He tells me no because he already charged the card. In my mind, I’m thinking, “Well, that was fast,” but whatever, not a big deal. Then he says, “Do you want to add a tip?” I ignore the question, thank him for my order, and hang up. Now I will say they delivered my order VERY fast. Now that I can appreciate. Now, as someone who’s worked as a delivery boy growing up, I know that usually, cash tips are most times the best way to ensure that the delivery person actually gets the full tip. Also, I know when giving my credit card info over the phone, I like to take a picture of my receipt so that if anyone wants to take any liberties with the tip section, I can dispute it with evidence. So now the guy comes with the delivery, and I put $0 in the tip section because remember I have cash in hand and I’m going to give it to him when I give him the signed receipt. This man goes CRAZY. “No tip for me, no tip!!” Almost yelling on the sidewalk. So NOW I’m starting to get annoyed because like I said I have cash in hand. Nice little fiver to add to my already $22.00 order. But at the same time, I’m not going to be bullied into giving anyone anything. At first, I’m thinking this guy is aggressive. But then I think maybe I’m overreacting. I go to the security office at work (I’m an IT) and I play back the video. You can even see the cash in my hand. One of the security guys tells me, joking, of course, “We thought we were going to have to come save you.” Going back to the interaction, the guy says next time you order, you’re going to have to come pick up your food yourself. Safe to say, buddy, I will NOT be ordering again from your mediocre restaurant. And then to make matters worse, the food wasn’t even that good. There were still feathers on the chicken wings!
