About Mister Lee's Noodles

Mister Lee's Noodles, a Chinese restaurant located at 325 Northampton St, Easton, PA 18042, USA, offers a unique ramen experience within the bustling Easton market. You can reach them at (610) 829-2799 or their mobile number +1 610-829-2799.

Based on customer reviews, Mister Lee's Noodles has been a popular spot for ramen lovers, particularly known for their spicy ramen. Many have appreciated the flavorful broth and previously enjoyed the soft, thin noodles with a good chew and texture, which were considered authentic ramen noodles.

The restaurant's environment features ample window seating and bar seating, providing options for dining in and enjoying the market atmosphere.

However, recent feedback suggests some changes in the restaurant's offerings. Some customers have noted a change in the noodles, describing them as more similar to spaghetti. There have also been concerns about portion sizes, with some feeling they have decreased, and the amount of broth provided. Additionally, the price of ramen has reportedly increased from $15 to $18.

Another point of feedback is the inconsistency in the vegetables included in the ramen. While some customers have received broccoli, jalapeños, or bokchoy, others have reported a lack of fresh vegetables, with only scallions for presentation. This inconsistency in ingredients has been a point of dissatisfaction for some.

Despite some positive past experiences with the flavor and the market location, recent reviews indicate a decline in the perceived quality and value, leading some customers to state they will not be returning.

Mister Lee's Noodles offers a focused menu with a few ramen options, aiming to provide something for various preferences. While some customers in the past found the ramen flavorful and the portion sizes good, recent experiences suggest a need for improvement in consistency and value proposition.

For local users in US interested in trying Chinese-style ramen if they happen to be in Easton, Pennsylvania, Mister Lee's Noodles is located within the Easton market, offering a dine-in experience with window and bar seating. However, it's advisable to consider recent customer feedback regarding noodle quality, portion sizes, pricing, and the consistency of vegetable toppings.

We’ve absolutely loved coming here for ramen especially for their Spicy ramen. They were one of the better ones around, but recently their noodles changed for SURE! Previously their noodles were soft, thin, nice chew, texture and tasted much like ramen noodles. Past couple of times, it’s like we’re eating spaghetti in soup, the portion have gotten smaller, not enough broth AND the price went up from $15 to $18! For 3 ramens, that’s $9 increase for us. The veggies in it haven’t been consistent. Sometimes you’ll get broccoli, if you’re lucky you’ll get a few jalapeños, sometimes you’ll get bokchoy other times there isn’t any fresh veggies on top at all except sprinkles of scallions for presentation!!! These veggies are alway available so there’s no excuse for inconsistency. We won’t be returning again. The quality isn’t same to be paying $18 for a bowl of spaghetti and broth.

Located in the Easton market, plenty of window seating and bar seating for dining in. The ramen here is definitely a little different, but pretty good. They have only a few options, but still have something to offer for everyone. Ramen is full of flavor and the portion is good as well. Definitely worth trying.

All ingredients taste fresh and the ramen is perfect....the fried chicken is tender and the pork belly is bursting with flavor...service is fast and you can eat anywhere in the market. Center city parking is always a nightmare on the weekends but it's worth fighting the traffic and crowds to get to this place!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious! The best meal I've had in a really long time. Would 10/10 recommend the fried chicken ramen. Can't wait to go back!

Get the veggie ramen it's the best. I used to work here and what a lot of us had on break is the veggie ramen with fried chicken in it. Incredible. It's great with the house made kimchi in it too. Most people really love the fried chicken ramen too, it was by far the best seller while I worked there. I wish there was a place like this near me, the more traditional ramen spots just don't hit the same.
