Mirchi Indian Street Food

We had dinner tonight at Mirchi Indian Street Food, and everything was absolutely amazing! The food was full of authentic flavors, with each dish perfectly spiced and freshly prepared. The service was just as impressive — friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made us feel welcome and ensured we had a great dining experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving delicious Indian street food! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Wow… this place is fantastic! The decor is gorgeous! Small restaurant in the big lots shopping center. The service is so incredibly friendly as soon as you walk in the door. The menu has lots of options and it’s all vegetarian with an option to be vegan (most) We had a few different dishes and non of them disappointed us. So much flavour and depth. I can’t wait to come back and try more! Their dosa was HUGE and delicious! The pani puri was a one bite wonder! Highly recommend this place.

Just post-Christmas saw the opening of Mirchi Indian Street Food in Winter Garden. From the same folks behind Cilantro Indian Restaurant, Mirchi brings a bold, yet a vast variety of classic Indian street food under one roof offering a relaxed and fun spot for either lunch or dinner. Walking into Mirchi feels like you’ve been transported straight to the vibrant streets of India. The décor is playful and colorful, with Bollywood movie posters, vintage newspaper clippings, and quirky nods to Indian street life covering the walls and tables. It’s the kind of place that’s just as fun to look at as it is to eat at—even if it was a little quiet when my family and I stopped by. The menu is where Mirchi really shines. It’s packed with vegetarian and vegan street food favorites from all over India. These aren’t the usual dishes you see at every Indian restaurant—each plate feels like it’s been plucked straight from a bustling market or a roadside dhaba (casual eatery). Everything is flavorful. Be sure to ask to customize the spice levels, but if you’re up for it, I highly recommend going for at least medium—it’s called Mirchi (meaning “red chili pepper”) for a reason! The food comes out tapas-style, with small plates perfect for sharing, so you can try a little bit of everything. Portions are generous, prices are wallet-friendly, and the flavors? Absolutely spot on. This isn’t fancy fine dining—it’s classic Indian vegetarian or vegan street food done right: fresh, satisfying, and packed with personality. The staff are super friendly and happy to help you navigate the menu, whether you’re a street food pro or totally new to it. We ordered a lot of variety. Randomly found this place; the atmosphere, service and food were all fantastic! We will definitely be back. The samosas chaat was especially amazing!

A trendy Indian vegetarian street food place. Colorful ambiance. The tables remind of old classic indian advertisements. Everything we tried was good. The menu is pretty good with lots of street food items like Frankie, Vada Paav, Samosa Paav, Pani Puri, Chaat etc. Will definitely visit again to try some different dishes. The service can be a little faster. Every food item came one at a time with long gaps in between.
