Information regarding the specific environment or ambiance of Ming Wok is limited in the provided customer reviews. However, the mention of "fast" service often implies a casual and efficient setting, likely geared towards quick meal service and takeout. One reviewer noted that the food comes out quickly, suggesting a focus on speed and convenience for customers. While the reviews do not detail the decor or seating arrangements, it is reasonable to expect a functional space that caters to both dine-in and takeout customers, with an emphasis on the latter given the focus on speed.

The services offered by Ming Wok include both takeout and potentially dine-in options. The positive review mentions that the food has "always been good" for the reviewer, implying they have been a recurring customer who has likely utilized their services multiple times, possibly including dining at the location. The emphasis on "fast" service strongly suggests that quick takeout is a key offering. Delivery services are not explicitly mentioned in the provided feedback, so it is unclear whether Ming Wok provides this option.

A significant feature of Ming Wok, according to customer reviews, is the consistently good quality of their food. One reviewer stated, "The food has always been good (at least we have never had an issue)," indicating a reliable culinary experience. Another reviewer echoed this sentiment by saying, "The food is great." Additionally, it is noted that Ming Wok has "updated their menu," suggesting they are evolving their offerings and potentially introducing new dishes to cater to their customer base. Another key feature highlighted is the "large portions" provided, which, coupled with the good food quality, suggests a satisfying meal experience in terms of both taste and quantity.

However, one recurring issue mentioned in the reviews concerns the customer service, specifically regarding the owner. A customer stated, "But the owner always has a bad attitude and chooses when she wants to charge for condiments like soy sauce. She should work on her customer service." This raises a potential concern about the consistency and fairness of service, particularly regarding extra charges for common condiments like soy sauce. The arbitrary nature of these charges, depending on the owner's discretion, could lead to negative customer experiences. In contrast, the same reviewer praised "the girl with glasses and brown hair" for providing great customer service, noting her absence on the day of the review. This highlights a disparity in service quality depending on the staff member encountered.

Promotional information for Ming Wok is not explicitly available in the provided customer reviews. Local Chinese restaurants often have lunch specials, combination meal deals, or discounts for certain days or order amounts. The fact that Ming Wok has updated their menu could also be considered a form of promotion, aiming to attract both existing and new customers with potentially exciting new dishes. To learn about any current promotions or special offers at Ming Wok, it would be best to contact them directly at (817) 263-8686 or +1 817-263-8686.

In summary, Ming Wok in Fort Worth, TX, is a Chinese restaurant known for its fast service, large portion sizes, and generally good food, which includes an updated menu. Customers can likely expect a casual environment suitable for quick dine-in or efficient takeout. While the food quality is generally praised, there are concerns regarding the owner's customer service, specifically mentioning a bad attitude and inconsistent charges for condiments like soy sauce. However, other staff members, such as the "girl with glasses and brown hair," are noted for providing excellent service. Local users looking for a reliable Chinese restaurant with generous portions and fast service should consider Ming Wok, but might want to be mindful of potential inconsistencies in customer service. The food is great. But the owner always has a bad attitude and chooses when she wants to charge for condiments like soy sauce. She should work on her customer service. The girl with glasses and brown hair is great. However she wasn’t there today.

This place is not one that I would recommend to anyone in fact the only reason that I go there is because it’s close to my job and it’s cheap. Today is the day after Thanksgiving and I ordered my usual lunch, it went downhill from there…… The lunch price was doubled. It’s not a holiday today and they said it was holiday price- such a ripoff and not even worth it… they should mention this to customers when they place the order not at pickup. That’s not a nice surprise. The owner/management does not treat employees well. I’ve seen this on many occasions. This morning when they opened it was very cold and windy and very cold inside the restaurant. I no longer support this business.

First time eating from here. Food was actually good. I gave 4 stars because I ordered fried dumplings and received steamed which none of us like at all. I also ordered a combination plate with low mein and that was very delicious. Update: I ordered for a second time and this time things wasn’t great. I paid by card and had it delivered…I didn’t get a receipt but noticed that it went from a lil over $25 to over $33. They claimed someone signed it and added a $8 tip…it wasn’t me! I’m no longer a customer. I’ll find another place within the area. I have no problem tipping but I didn’t even get a receipt to sign to add one😡😡

The food is really good unfortunately they've gone from "cheap local eats" to having to consider if I want to order out. In just a few years prices are much higher. A $10 meal is now $20. They no longer include an eggroll with orders. You're getting less for more. Very disappointed.
