About Ming's Flavor Chinese Restaurant (in Scotia)

Recent customer reviews, however, indicate significant concerns regarding the quality of food and service. One customer reported receiving raw wontons with rancid-smelling meat. Upon informing an employee, they were told it might be due to excessive soy sauce. This customer stated it would be their "first and last time" visiting.

Another reviewer expressed extreme dissatisfaction, wishing they could give zero stars. They mentioned a decline in quality from what was previously an "AMAZING" experience. Their order included flavorless chicken with peppers and onions, stale and disgusting fried wontons, a mediocre egg roll, and mushy, non-crispy fried honey wings. The reviewer noted that even the vegetables were barely cooked and essentially raw. This customer strongly advised against patronizing the restaurant, questioning how it remains in business. Ironically, the only positive aspect mentioned was the fortune cookie, despite the reviewer's general dislike for them, reinforcing their negative overall experience.

Based on this recent feedback, potential customers may want to consider these experiences when deciding whether to dine at or order from Ming's Flavor Chinese Restaurant in Scotia, NY.

Wontons were raw and meat smelled rancid, advised employee she told me because they might have used to much soy sauce. First and last time I’ll ever go there.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place used to be AMAZING and has turned into a place I will NEVER order from again. The person taking the order was EXTREMELY RUDE and the food was ALL terrible. The chicken with peppers and onions was flavorless and the fried wontons were completely stale and disgusting, the egg roll was mediocre at best and the fried honey wings asked for extra crispy were completely mushy and gross. The best part about the whole meal were my vegetables and those were hardly cooked and basically just raw veggies. Don’t waste your time or money with these people. I don’t know how they’re even still in business. The only thing I enjoyed was the fortune cookie and I don’t even like fortune cookies that much. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I do not recommend!! Ordered ribs. Overpowered with bbq sauce. Lomein noodles overcooked. Only thing i tried liking was the egg drop soup, surprised that was not very good either. Tried a new place and I’m very disappointed.

Second time been there after having a good experience first time but unfortunately it was awful. Ordered Black Forest shrimp and egg foo young with special requests not to add pork or any meat but the shrimp was supposed to be named shrimp hidden in onion forest… I do like onions but trust me couldn’t ate the food because of excessive amount. And the egg which was specifically requested to made just with seafood had pork in it and when asked the server showed attitude. Anyway maybe that’s only me having bad experience but I’m not hoping to go back to this restaurant again.

0/10 My Regular spot was closed so I thought I’d give them a chance . I was wrong chicken was not at all crispy like I asked, food was way too saucy and lacked flavor . Wontons had a speck of filling and on top of all that customer service was awful . DO BETTER MINGS !!
