About Ming's Asian Fusion
Ming's Asian Fusion is a restaurant located at 7401 Skidaway Rd in Savannah, Georgia, operating within the platform category of "Chinese Restaurant," although its name suggests a broader Asian culinary influence. Situated on Skidaway Road, Ming's Asian Fusion can be contacted at (912) 355-8819 or via their mobile number +1 912-355-8819 for inquiries or to place orders.
Based on the limited customer feedback available online, experiences at Ming's Asian Fusion appear to be overwhelmingly negative, with reviewers expressing significant dissatisfaction with the quality, preparation, and taste of the food. One customer, who had recently moved to the Sandfly area, described their first and last experience at the restaurant. They ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and the Deep Fried Roll. The Teriyaki Chicken was described as "dry...very very dry" with "barely any sauce." While they found the rice to be "ok," they were surprised to learn that the restaurant only offered fried rice and steamed rice, noting that they had never been to an Asian restaurant before that did not serve shrimp fried rice. They also found the vegetables unappetizing. The Deep Fried Roll was deemed "somewhat better" but lacking in flavor and not worth a higher rating.
Another reviewer provided an even more scathing assessment, labeling the food as the "WORST. CHINESE. FOOD. I. HAVE. EVER. EATEN!" They questioned the "fusion" aspect of the restaurant's name and expressed disbelief at being charged for the quality of the food received. Their order included sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour pork, Korean spicy marinated steak, and eggrolls. They described the chicken and pork as appearing to have been boiled, resulting in breaded "mushballs" covered with overcooked onions and green peppers. The "spicy" beef was found to be not spicy but at least edible, though the accompanying carrots and onions were also overcooked. The salads consisted of iceberg lettuce sitting in water, suggesting a lack of care in preparation. The dressing was described as gritty rather than creamy. The eggrolls were tiny, super dry, and appeared baked instead of fried. Finally, the "fried" rice was allegedly steamed rice mixed with a little soy sauce for color, lacking any evidence of frying oil and containing barely any vegetables, mostly just large clumps with black burned pieces, indicating it might have been sitting for an extended period. This reviewer, who placed their order at 5:00 pm on a Tuesday, expressed disbelief that the food was not fresh and concluded that their $40 purchase was a total waste, with most of the food ending up in the trash. They strongly recommended that others reading reviews should also avoid this restaurant.
Given the severely negative nature of both available reviews, it is impossible to provide a positive or even neutral introduction to Ming's Asian Fusion based solely on this feedback. The comments raise serious concerns about the fundamental quality and preparation of multiple dishes, suggesting significant issues with the restaurant's culinary standards. Terms like "dry," "tasteless," "mushballs," "overcooked," "gritty," and "burned" paint a picture of extremely unsatisfactory food.
Information regarding the environment of Ming's Asian Fusion is not provided in the available reviews. Neither customer commented on the ambiance, cleanliness, décor, or overall atmosphere of the physical location. Therefore, potential customers seeking insights into the dining environment will need to look for additional sources or visit the restaurant themselves, keeping in mind the reported issues with the food.
The services offered by Ming's Asian Fusion can be inferred to include takeout, as both reviewers appear to have ordered food to consume off-site (one mentioning trying the place out, implying a visit, and the other detailing a specific order). However, there is no explicit mention of dine-in or delivery services in the provided feedback. Customers interested in these options would need to contact the restaurant directly to inquire about their availability.
In terms of features, the negative reviews do not highlight any positive attributes or unique selling points of Ming's Asian Fusion. Instead, they point out significant flaws in the preparation and quality of various dishes, as well as unexpected limitations in the menu (such as the absence of shrimp fried rice). The attempt at "Asian Fusion" is questioned by one reviewer based on the poor quality of the food. There are no indications of any features that might attract customers based on the provided feedback.
Unsurprisingly, given the overwhelmingly negative feedback concerning the food quality and value, there is no mention of any promotional information for Ming's Asian Fusion in the provided reviews. It is highly unlikely that an establishment receiving such strong criticism would have active promotions to attract new customers. Any potential promotions would need to be sought through other sources, such as the restaurant's website (if available) or by contacting them directly.
In conclusion, the available customer feedback for Ming's Asian Fusion in Savannah, GA, is exceptionally negative, detailing significant problems with the quality, taste, and preparation of multiple dishes. Reviewers used strong terms to express their disappointment and advised others to avoid the restaurant. Potential customers should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to consider these negative experiences before deciding to order from or dine at Ming's Asian Fusion. The serious concerns raised about the fundamental aspects of the food suggest that this establishment may not provide a satisfactory dining experience.

I moved to Sandfly in December and I've been trying out the food places around here....finally decided to try this place. This will be my last time. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and the Deep Fried Roll. The Teriyaki Chicken.......dry...very very dry. Barely any sauce. The rice was ok...however I asked if I could get shrimp friend rice and I was told they only had fried rice and steamed rice. Never been to an asian restaurant before that didn't serve shrimp fried rice. The veggies - they didn't look like they were giving me an invitation to eat them so I politely decided to not bother them. The Deep Fried Roll was somewhat better...but very little flavor and wasn't worth giving the review a second star.
WORST. CHINESE. FOOD. I. HAVE. EVER. EATEN! I'm not sure what they are trying to "fuse" Asian food with. They should be ashamed to charge money for this! We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, sweet and sour pork, korean spicy marinated steak and eggrolls. The chicken and pork appeared to have been boiled, if that is even possible, because they were breaded mushballs covered with onions and green peppers that had been cooked much too long. The "spicy" beef was anything but spicy but at least palatable although the super thin carrots and onions were also overcooked. The salads consisted of iceberg lettuce with 1/4" of water on the bottom of the box. It appears the workers are too hurried to shake off the lettuce after it has been rinsed. The dressing was gritty rather than creamy. The tiny eggrolls were super dry and looked baked instead of fried. And to top it off, the "fried" rice appeared to be steamed rice that was cooked in a pot with a little soy sauce for color. There was no evidence of any frying oil and barely perceptible carrot, no other vegetables. It came in large clumps which must have been scraped out after sitting in a pot all day, as there were black burned pieces of rice throughout. We bought this food at 5:00 pm on a Tuesday night so there is no reason it should not have been fresh. A total waste of $40 as most of the food ended up in the trash. We will definitely NOT be buying food from this place again and I highly recommend if you are reading reviews that you don't, either!
Worst Orange Chicken I've ever had! The Orange Chicken from the frozen section at the grocery store was leagues better than this. Its like the cook has given up. The rice was burnt there were black pieces in my food. The chicken was mushy. Won't be coming back sorry. If I could give it a zero I would.
Wow; Hidden gem!!! The exterior and interior are quite unassuming but he food is amazing! We ordered 5 sushi rolls and crab rangoons (the prices are also great). Each one was meticulously prepared and quite delicious. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant!
I would recommend their Japanese ginger and carrot sauce for fresh chopped vegies. I keep a big cup in the fridge all the time. I top it on steamed rice and fresh chopped romaine. Also, their sweet & sour crunchy pork meal is awesome!
