Ming Hao Restaurant

I have ordered delivery from them multiple times throughout the years. And they've always been very good until last night. I'm not sure if they have a new chef or what's going on. All my fried items were undercooked and still doughy. The meat and mushrooms were cooked through,but the dough was not. Which really confused me because if the meat is cooked through,why would the dough not be done? I ordered chicken and rice soup and there was absolutely no soup,just boiled chicken and steamed rice. Had fried spring rolls with pork and it was so tough that I actually couldn't even bite off a piece,I had to use a knife. Spit that bite right out because it tasted like it was rotten. It was a very bad experience. I always order enough for leftovers,but not this time. We threw it all away. 😞

Didn't want to cook, so we ordered! I come from a state with many many chinese style restaurants and THIS was a really great dinner. I'm very particular when it comes to my sauces and they really nailed it. Everything was cooked just right and prices were understandable. You will get fed and you will be full! I will definitely order here again. Ordered: Sweet n sour, fried rice, wonton soup, egg foo young, pot stickers, chow mein, and donuts of course!

We’ve only ever ordered take out, so I don’t know how the in person service is or the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is ok, it used to be more affordable which balanced out some of the dishes not being the greatest. Recently, we’ve only really liked their fried rice and pork and seeds. The egg rolls are descent, a lot of the entree dishes had a disproportional amount of water chestnuts and the flavors were lacking. They’ve also raised their prices quite a bit recently, which is understandable all things considered. We’re hoping this last one was just an off night and it’ll be better next time. Fingers crossed.

I had never heard of this place before but decided to try them out for delivery. I ordered more than I planned on so I could reach their delivery fee but I'm glad I did because it's delicious. They came from Nampa to Meridian, saying it would be here around 6:25pm and I had my food by 6:22pm. The pot stickers could've been crispier but the flavor is awesome. **EDIT** I've ordered delivery a few more times and I've always had a good experience but my latest order was amazing. The pot stickers were amazing, they had the perfect level of crispiness and the egg roll was the best one I've had from here. I asked them not to knock on the door so the dogs wouldn't bark and they made sure to call me to let me know when it was here. I really appreciate they will drive to Meridian and their delivery fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The most delicious Chinese food in Nampa, Idaho! Highly recommended.
