About Ming Garden

Welcome to Ming Garden, a Chinese restaurant situated at 11419 19th Ave SE Unit A103 in Everett, Washington. As a part of the Chinese Restaurant category, Ming Garden aims to provide local users with a selection of standard Chinese cuisine. Based on available customer reviews, Ming Garden offers a straightforward dining experience, focusing on traditional dishes without elaborate presentations or unique culinary innovations. The restaurant is described as clean, bright, and open, suggesting a comfortable and well-maintained environment for diners.

According to one customer's observation, Ming Garden presents a "typical Chinese joint" ambiance. The description of the space as "clean, bright and open" indicates a welcoming and uncluttered setting. This suggests that patrons can expect a standard restaurant layout, likely with tables and chairs arranged for comfortable dining. The brightness and openness may contribute to a more casual and inviting atmosphere. While specific details about décor or unique environmental features are not mentioned, the overall impression is of a functional and pleasant space for enjoying a meal.

The service at Ming Garden appears to be adequate, with one reviewer noting that the "host was nice." This suggests a polite and welcoming initial interaction. However, another review indicates that while customer service wasn't the primary issue, the focus of concern was the food quality. Therefore, while the hospitality aspect seems satisfactory, potential diners should consider the feedback regarding the culinary offerings. Information regarding specific services such as takeout or delivery is not provided in the reviews. Given the nature of many similar establishments, it is reasonable to infer that takeout service is likely available. For specific details on services offered, including reservations or delivery options, it is recommended to contact Ming Garden directly using the provided phone numbers.

The menu at Ming Garden features typical Chinese dishes, as noted by one reviewer. Among the specific items mentioned in the reviews are Mongolian beef and shrimp fried rice. One customer found the Mongolian beef to be bland and described its texture as chewy and almost soggy, comparing it unfavorably to a reheated frozen meal. This suggests potential inconsistencies in the preparation or quality of this particular dish. In contrast, the same reviewer found the shrimp fried rice to be "fine," although not exceptional enough to warrant a strong craving for a return visit. This indicates a more average quality for this dish. Another item mentioned is the green onions pancake, which was part of a lunch special. No specific feedback on the quality or taste of the green onions pancake is provided in the available reviews.

A significant point raised in the reviews is the lack of extraordinary or distinguishing qualities in the food. One reviewer stated that there was "nothing extraordinary or distinguishing about the food," suggesting that the dishes are standard renditions of familiar Chinese cuisine. This might appeal to customers seeking reliable and unpretentious versions of classic dishes. However, it also implies that those looking for innovative or particularly flavorful experiences might find the offerings at Ming Garden to be somewhat average.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided customer reviews. One review mentions a lunch special that included Mongolian beef, shrimp, and a green onions pancake, totaling $40 with tax and tips for two people. This provides some insight into the pricing of their lunch offerings. To obtain information about any ongoing promotions, discounts, or special menus, it is advisable to contact Ming Garden directly via phone at (425) 225-5678 or +1 425-225-5678. They may have seasonal offers or lunch/dinner specials that could provide better value or introduce new dishes.

In conclusion, Ming Garden in Everett, WA, presents itself as a typical Chinese restaurant offering a range of familiar dishes in a clean and open environment. While the host was noted to be nice, customer feedback on the food quality is mixed. One reviewer found the Mongolian beef to be subpar, while the shrimp fried rice was considered average. The restaurant is described as serving standard Chinese fare without any particularly distinguishing features. The price of a lunch special for two was around $40. For local users seeking a no-frills Chinese meal in a clean setting, Ming Garden might be an option. However, those prioritizing exceptional food quality or unique flavors may want to consider other establishments. To inquire about current promotions or specific menu items, please contact Ming Garden directly at the provided phone numbers.

Customer service really wasn’t what the problem was it was the quality of the food. I got the Mongolian beef and it tasted bland, texture was chewy/almost soggy like. Honestly tastes like a frozen meal reheated… I also got the shrimp Fried rice and it was fine nothing I would crave to come back for but it was better than the Mongolian beef.

Typical Chinese joint serving typical Chinese dishes. Nothing extraordinary or distinguishing about the food but sometimes that's all you want: good food without the frills or gimmicks. Host was nice and the place was clean, bright and open. 2 lunch specials (Mongolian beef and shrimp) + green onions pancake came out to $40 with tax/tips.

Food: Ordered the fried chicken wings and mandarin beef. I have to say it is the best mandarin beef I ever had. The sweetness is just right and the beef is crispy. Also the portion is good for two people to share. The chicken wings are also tasty. The batter of the chicken wings are thin but crispy. I really enjoyed the dinner. Service: the owner and staff were very friendly. Didn't wait too long to get my food ready. I was surprised how clean the restaurant is!! The floor was clean and non-sticky comparing to other Chinese restaurants I visited before. I would definitely come back and try other dishes!

Great Cantonese style food! Will go back. Portions were generous. We had the food delivered. Ordered Hot and Sour Soup, General Tso’s chicken, Mongolian Beef and pork fried rice.- all prepared well. As decent Chinese food is hard to find in our area, this was a great find. I highly recommend it!

We tried Ming Garden for the first time and we will return for future cravings 😋. We always have Chinese style food on Christmas Eve and we are looking for a really good local restaurant. We tried here for lunch, just as a test of flavors. We were very pleased. Everyone was very nice and everything is clean.
