About Miku

Miku is a restaurant situated at 184 West Boylston Street in West Boylston, Massachusetts, that goes beyond the typical Chinese restaurant by also featuring a selection of Japanese and Thai dishes. This establishment offers a diverse culinary experience, catering to a broader range of tastes.

Customer reviews indicate that the food quality at Miku is generally well-received. One patron particularly praised the General Tso's chicken, stating it was the best they had had since the pandemic and superior to other top places in Worcester. They also enjoyed the sushi roll and spring roll, although they found the accompanying salad to be unremarkable. Another reviewer who dined in described their experience as "Fabulous!" and highlighted the deliciousness of various dishes, including sushi, curry soup, Mongolian beef, and General Tso’s chicken, noting the freshness of the ingredients and preparation. They appreciated the blend of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai favorites available.

However, the dining experience at Miku seems to be inconsistent in terms of service. One customer reported a negative interaction with their server, describing them as unhappy, unsmiling, and impersonal. This individual felt uncomfortable requesting additional items due to the server's demeanor and indicated a preference for ordering takeout rather than dining in again due to the poor service.

Miku can be contacted for inquiries or orders at (508) 835-1666 or via mobile phone at +1 508-835-1666. As a Chinese restaurant with Japanese and Thai options in West Boylston, Miku offers a varied menu for both dine-in and potentially takeout customers. While the food quality appears to be a strong point for many, potential diners should be aware of the mixed feedback regarding the attentiveness and friendliness of the service staff.

The food was good, the server not so much. She didnt seem to be happy to be there. She never smiled and just came to take my order and deliver my food. Not personable at all. I had ordered a hot tea and asked for sugar, she gave me one pack which simply isnt enough for me but i didnt even feel like calling her back over to ask for more because i felt like she probably would have gotten annoyed and responded negatively which would have triggered me to react negatively in return. The general gos chicken (however you spell it) was good, its probably the best ive had since Covid, and ive tried it from all the top places in worcester. The salad that came w my order was blah, the sushi roll was good, and the spring roll was good. I would order it again but i wouldnt dine in there again due to the poor service.

Fabulous! Went on a quiet night after a long day of work and everything was delicious! Nice blend of Chinese, Japanese, and even Thai favorites. Sushi was very nice, curry soup was warm and delicious, Mongolian beef was fresh and good, and the General Tso’s Chicken was crispy and fresh with a nice sauce - the best I’ve had (tasted fresh - not sitting under a heat lamp like the mall Chinese food).

We took a special trip to go to this place. I love an occasional " lunch box" it's a simple family style restaurant yet very good Japanese foods.

Food is pretty good- if I had to I’d eat here again but probably won’t be first choice. Food was enjoyable but not as “DELICIOUS” as we’d hope. Miso soup was really good, we had the Kani Salad which was alright; then we ordered the house noodles and house rice which is a pretty small portion for the price. , and the pupu platter for 2- which was alright. Crab ragoons were overly sweet- took one bite and was all set with it. The spare ribs were tender and flavorful. The chicken wings were small and mostly batter/skin- The fried shrimp was my favorite part of the platter. The space itself is very nice and is decorated nicely , Spent about $75 in total .We enjoyed it but most likely wont return.

It was a great quiet atmosphere! The hostess who was also our waitress just about the whole time was so ontop of things, and so pleasant to deal with. Got worried how quick the apps came out, but boy were there amazing 🙌🏻 want great sushi on a quiet night and/or even quick night? This seems like the place!
