Mi Tierrita Restaurant

I am visiting my aunt here in Medford NY and we went here tonight for dinner. All I can say is WOW to the amazing tasting food, I had a platter of salmon and a rice & beans with yuca.. everything was so delicious it makes me want to try everything on the menu! Sadly I am only visiting and I am leaving tomorrow to go home. The staff here is very polite, service was wonderful as well. I will be back to visit my aunt again and I most definitely will return to this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food. ☺️❤️

Get the Chicken Ajiaco. Do NOT miss it! The food, otherwise, is very good... no doubt about it... but the ajiaco is a MUST! Freakin' delicious!!!

I've been going to this place my whole life I love the food. its a fancy place but with a homie comfortable vibe I just think that it needs to be a bit cleaner and the service could be a lot better. these waiters can be rude and you have to ask them for everything like a bag after they give us the plates to take it home or the check like just give it to us at once instead of us asking because they take awhile to get to your table you have to call on them sometimes. but overall the food is good and milkshakes are bomb and big portions. if you think of coming here, this review kind of answers all your questions I hope. enjoy!!

Unfortunately, this is the second time in a few months that I have purchased a whole chicken from this location, and both times the chicken had a burnt taste. I ended up throwing it away. The chicken was taken from the warmer in front and placed on the grill to reheat. Unfortunately, it was dry and had a noticeably burnt flavor.

If I could give it a 0 I would This place was gross 🤢 on all accounts No presentation No taste Over priced sides Salad was horrible veggies were on there way out the dressing was oil and vinaigrette you make yourself no dipping sauces chicken was burned literally burned charred black. The plantains were dry and smelled gross. I’m sorry I don’t understand how there are multiple locations. Never going back. Save you money one chicken 4 sides 4 drinks 80.00 we didn’t even ate it. Out of respect we didn’t walk out when we saw the food.
