Mecha Noodle Bar

I will 100% stop here any time I’m in Stamford. Atmosphere was nice, music was good, anime on the tv in the corner (wish there was a second tv in the opposite corner). The Edamame were hands down the best I have EVER had anywhere. I also got the Tonkatsu Ramen and while it was very tasty, the pork was a little too fatty for my taste. The hibiscus soda was delicious as well. Wish I could go back again and try the sake flight and some pho. Ps get a Vietnamese coffee to go! At the bottom of the menu you also see that every bowl of ramen they donate .50 cents to the community which is really great to see!

Service was friendly and super helpful picking out a dish and cocktail. She was also very helpful telling me about some of the cool places to check out in the area. The noodles were really good and I could probably eat like 20 of the eggs that came in the soup. The food also came out quickly.

Came here yesterday after arriving from Chicago. The restaurant has a beautiful setting and everyone is very attentive. We met our bartender/server named Sergio and he introduced himself and his fellow co bartender Amanda to us. Recommended a good local beer for me to try. When our appetizer did not arrive yet without me having to ask he went to check in with us then checked with the kitchen and had it expedited for us. KFC was amazing and the Pho tasted amazing. Biggest thing that stand out was Sergio attention to detail and the customer service he gave us. I will definitely come back just because of his service and the food quality.

Food are nice! We ordered the unagi and tofu hand rolls with one pho and one ramen. We are too full.

I've had Mecha too many times to count, both at the Stamford location and in Norwalk. At least 5-7 times a month. Never had a bad experience, but for some reason also never left a review, until now. Delicious food, both their Ramen and especially the Pho - and their little bites and cocktails are amazing too. But my favorite part is the welcoming staff and service. Always friendly and attentive. Today I came in to pickup an online order for myself, and told the host that my girlfriend wasn't feeling well and really wanted to sip their chicken broth, but there was no option to order it standalone on the menu. I asked if I could pay for some at the front desk, to which the gentleman replied "no worries, I got you on the broth." He walked right into the kitchen and returned with a jug of broth. Mind you this is on a busy, below freezing night before Christmas Eve so the place is packed. 10 people waiting on the side for a table. And they took care of me and my sick girlfriend. It's the little things like that which will keep me a loyal customer for years to come. They truly embody the warm, mom and pop spirit of their cuisine. 10/10
