Just got a chocolate sundae and it was less then half full. $4 for this is pretty insane. Nothing compared to the picture online. Do better McDonald's.

Everything went well. We needed to order at the counter, based on our particular requests. They are pushing hard for digital ordering. Other than that, we got personalized attention, and it was a good experience, and the food was good too.

For some reason the morning staff never open on time. I always seem to find myself waiting 45 mins for my online order (on the app the store is open but at the store the lights are off and the drive thru is blocked off) while they come out lying making excuses saying that their machines aren’t working or some bs reason like that. The manager needs to be held accountable, this isn’t acceptable as a manager in the same industry. It’s embarrassing. Hoping this will reach the district manager so they can look into who’s been in charge of opening recently. Today is 12/31/2024

As I walk to the counter to give my "number" I am directed to use the kiosk. I dislike, very much, the lack of customer service. I'm only here for my 12 year old. Your food is just as expensive as anywhere else, but not as good. I'm happy to pay for good food, but paying for crap service, and having ZERO connection with a human being stinks!! Automated customer service is loosing your customers

Been going here for years with coworkers, good location from the freeway and nice to see the renovations they’ve been doing. Ordered most things from the menu like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich when that was the craze, the Filet-O-Fish during the lent season, the McRib when it was back, the location seemed to always deliver.
