McDonald's

Well, I was excited. I stopped to get a Mc rib meal and first off the lady in the drive-through at for my order and while I was speaking, another girl in the background started yelling, another girl‘s name and laughing so that kind of threw me off and then when I ordered it I asked for no pickles and I got back on the highway. Got a couple miles down the road and realized after pulling it out and getting ready to bite end of my delicious Mc rib sandwich that I was so excited to eat. It has pickles on it and no barbecue sauce. Now does that make sense? Very, very, very disappointed in this McDonald’s location

Somehow our order got deleted. Waited for a long time for our food which was kinda annoying because we were traveling and wanted to get on the road again. Could have thrown in a couple of apple pies for the inconvenience.

The food at McDonald's is always good, but the service can be hit or miss. I recently went to McDonald's and ordered a medium iced mocha. It took 7 minutes to get my drink, even though my order was the only one on the screen. My name wasn't even called when it was ready. I will give them 5 stars for the taste of the food and the mocha but only 2 stars for their unacceptable service!

The only problem my husband and I had while eating here was that it took the staff an extra 15 minutes to make a Mocha Frappé; we had already eaten our meals and were ready leave, and we still had to wait 5 minutes before an employee would acknowledge my husband. However, the manager did take it upon herself to make a new Frappé for my husband—due to the wait; I did not catch her name though, but she was very professional and polite. If you like McDonald’s Frappés, take this as a warning lol.

Even though it says they are open until 11pm at only 8:30pm they have all the doors locked and only allow drive thru service. Being next door to a truck stop you would think they would have the inside open for drivers to get food. If I could give zero stars I would.
