McDonald's

Im sure I've had McDonald's food thousands of times in my life, and I can say without hesitation that this was the worst fast food I've had anywhere! I ordered my food around 6:30am and there is no way any of it was made the same day. The hash browns were grease soaked( this happens when they are reheated multiple times) and they tasted like they were cooked in old burnt fryer oil. The folded egg had dried out crusted edges( definitely not cooked same day). I'm not a very picky eater. Things can be subpar and I'll usually eat it anyway but this was one of the few times it went straight in the trash. I called the store and talked to the manager about the food quality. Instead of saying anything about checking on the food her employees were serving, she just assured me that it was fresh. Nobody could believe that food to be fresh, so I think she doesn't care at all about the food that is being served to paying customers. I think she should be evaluated by the owner and let go as manager. She did at least offer to remake the order, but that means little to me after you serve me garbage and tell me it's fresh!

We ordered four McDoubles & two small sodas. The burger patties were very dry. The buns were also dry. Observing the employees, they are not anything close to being a well-oiled machine. I do have to say that the girl who waited on us was pleasant. Take a look at the pictures of all the garbage everywhere inside and out. Inside, it was loaded with fruit flies and regular flies. The fruit flies actually came to our table. Upon sitting in our booth, we immediately smelled dirt. It was a very strong smell. That could be black mold because we did not see any dirt anywhere.

This is the most disgusting McDonalds I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure how they pass health dept. inspection. The floor is sticky and slippery , somehow. The ladies room had no running water or soap. The toilet was overflowing and there was no sanitizer outside so needless to say, none of the workers are washing their hands. The food is unlike any McDonald’s I’ve had before and it’s honestly hard to eat considering the aforementioned lack of sanitation. Please stay away if you value your health and safety.

Ordered via app around 420am. Pulled up to drive through and waited couple of minutes. A female came over speaker and said their system was down and should be back up in 15 minutes. Did not get food. Went to work and returned at around 8am to get my order filled. Was told they had no order and I repeated above. The female supervisor or manager said what time. I said around 430am, she said our system wasn't down at that time. So she basically called me a liar in front of customers and workers. Very rude and disrespectful. Eventually got my food after about 6 minute wait. Very disappointed.

Will not be returning. Our order was not correct and my husband's burger looks as if it were man handled
