I walked in to order and wated 15 minutes for someone to take my order. They did not say welcome how are you doing. They just said what are you having? Then told me the total and did not ask dine in or take out. No courtesy what so ever.

Living in Crestview I’ve learned my lesson this is the one McDonald’s not to go to. This is the 2nd time I’ve went and spent over 30$ on a family of 4 and not received all my items. Normally, I wouldn’t make a big stink out of it but when you order a number one big Mac meal and it cost 10+ dollars and you don’t receive it it’s absolutely a problem. Go to BK instead.

Update: 12/30/24 Over the past several months, I have consistently experienced issues at my local McDonald's, where food items I have paid for are not included in my order. Despite speaking with managers and leaving a critical review a month ago, the problem persists. On numerous occasions, I have lost up to $8.50 on one order due to missing items. This raises a concern not just for me, but for all McDonald’s customers. If this is a widespread issue, the amount of money McDonald's makes annually from unfulfilled orders could be substantial, possibly amounting to millions of dollars from items paid for but not delivered. When I got home with my order there was something left out. They throw everything into one bag, make you wait with people behind you blowing their horn and you assume your order will be correct. You get home and something is always left out. Doesn't the workers understand english? Doesn't the workers know how to count? What is up with the manager there that they don't make their workers bag orders correctly? How much in a year, does Mcdonald's make by charging us and not giving us the food we pay for? It's time for someone to look into this. Food is not cheap anymore and we only ask for what we pay for, nothing extra. Managers do your job and stop pretending you don't know what's going on in your McDonalds.

This place is always busy and the drive thru always takes so long to get through but, I won’t rate them on that because they can’t help that McDonalds is loved by so many. Every time I get the crispy chicken biscuit from this specific location, it’s always a 10/10! The chicken is crispy, the biscuit is flaky and buttery. And when I add honey - lord help me the breakfast sandwich is complete. Love the breakfast at this location!

A drive through order here was a bit of a disappointment. The meat patties were not fully cooked in the Double QPC. Bit of a disappointment. I was not there for the drive through so I am not sure how long it took and how friendly the workers were but I can say without a doubt that the grill needs to be better monitored so the right heat and pressure setting is set for the right meat patties. Each size has its own setting and the wrong one leads to improperly cooked food. Employees need to add these to the waste bin to be counted at the end of the day and not put into customers food. It comes off as bad and lazy. I'm sure a boss would rather count a patty as waste instead of get complaints and bad reviews over improperly cooked food. Consider fixing or tossing mistakes next time.
