The portion and quality of the food was ok compared to the price (around $12 - $13 per person). Tasty and delicious!

Came here with my mom on Saturday to the Natick Mall. We stopped by the food court and my mom decided she wanted to get her food from this place so as I’m ordering for her the lady is already rushing me and not letting me translate to my mom who is a Spanish speaker. My mom ends up asking for some chicken that had broccoli and TWO crab ragoons. The lady proceeds to rush to the end not listening and placing 4 crab ragoons on the plate. When we sat down and my mom started eating her food she realizes that her meat is RAW. Immediately I take it up the same lady and politely asked for it to be thrown out and exchanged for something else. Immediately she catches an attitude with me. I paid for the food, no one wants to eat raw chicken and then given attitude and dismissive behavior when asking for an accommodation.

Part of the food court at the Natick, it offers affordable Chinese food. Limited range you can choose from, visible right in front of you, you can even get a complimentary taste of the stuff before you actually order. Seating like at all food courts world over, you pick up your stuff and look for a place. May be they should find better and more efficient ways to keep the food hot.

I came here with my girlfriend and from the start they were rude and seemed bothered that we were there. The lady packing our food reused a container that had juice and crumbs all over it for my gfs food. When we got to the register their card reader couldn't connect to the Internet and they had to restart it three times before accusing me of not having money. The lady even grabbed my phone when I opened my bank app to prove it, and she and the other lady held my phone and she said "you only have $40" which shouldn't of mattered because we got 2 $11.99 meals that somehow came out to $28. I would not recommend AT ALL. DONT GO HERE. there were other people in line I talked to and the same stuff happened to them and they were pissed off.

Master puke is the worst Chinese food in Natick. Yeah it's at the food court in the mall - but that's no reason to serve us food that WILL GET YOU SICK. My body rejected it less than 30 minutes after consuming it. The food or the plate it came in smelled like cigarette smoke. Stunk up my car so bad that my girlfriend asked if I was smoking again. The next morning when I got in my car, it still stunk like a cigarette was smoked in it. Not happy. I had to get my car reconditioned cause I couldn't handle the smell that never went away from this disgusting food. Can't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
