Masa Asian Express

Very generic you would think they just warming this stuff up from Frozen tons of rice kind of adequate amount of meat but not enough in comparison no flavor not enough sauce on the general tso the crab rangoon had no crab in it ..none ... and the chicken whatever fried chicken steak was completely dried out and they didn't handle my order with care stuff was missing... So disappointing I don't deserve this lol

Definitely not a fan of this spot. There are plenty of other place nearby that I should've gone to but alas I had high hopes, but even the mall food is better by a lot. We gave it a try because it was so close by, and tried a little of everything. Guy behind the counter was nice and busy since he looked to be working on his own at 8pm. We had ordered gyoza, bubble tea and a spicy crab roll. All not great and I could get better at the grocery store especially the roll it was mostly rice and they were out of the sauce we had wanted for it. The Hakata Ramen was plain broth with Alfredo like frozen noodles. The kimchi was the only good part and the egg was just hardboiled and not softboildled or with any flavor. The "meat" I threw away it was literally all fat and no meat to be seen. My husband got the meat combo with noodles. Noodles were tasteless and all the meats but the bourbon tasted like soggy sugar water covered chicken. Of all the food we tasted here, only the bourbon and spicy bourbon were any good.

Staff and service are totally satisfied. The store is clean. But I kind of disappointed with the food and drink. I got the Matcha milk bubble tea, Boba is hard and the tea tastes weird. The ramen was too tasteless for me. The pork belly is not tender and the egg is hard-boiled, not soft-boiled. Gyoza looks different but still ok. The portion is big a lot of noodles and pork belly. I was so hungry, so I ate all the noodles. It's not that good but still can eat. Try yourself you might like it more than me ;)

Once I went to the bathroom my daughter was accosted by an employee, calling her beautiful commenting on her hair and how pretty she is. He was way out of line. Totally inappropriate because he wouldn't stop. They wouldn't look at me in the face and served my food in the Togo container instead of a nice plate like everyone else that hurt my feelings. I am proud I have a beautiful daughter. I deserve a smile as well. A smile would have been nice. Young girls be careful here. They don't respect boundaries. The lo mein I was served was flavorless and the chicken wasn't properly prepped before it was served. They need to choose better employees. They're bathrooms were gross the floors needed proper cleaning. When I called to talk to them they played dumb and wouldn't let me speak to management. They treated me like a lower human no matter how nice I was
