This is the best Haitian restaurant that I’ve ever been to . The customer service is top tier , the food is very delicious, and the restaurant is very neat . I had a great server named “love” . She’s a sweetheart . If you’re looking for a nice place to eat some good Haitian food , I would recommend coming to marabou restaurant and lounge .

I'm from Boston I was looking forward to different experiences in Orlando. The presentation was great, the food was great and the service was great as well. I would recommend this place to all my Haitian folks looking for great yummy food and experiences.

My wife and I are from NJ and I told her how good Haitian food is. We’re in Fl so I told her we are in the right state to get it. Unfortunately we came here. The food isn’t bad but the service is horrible. Nobody even sat us down or told us how to order. Some guy wearing street clothes, he may or may not have worked there, told us to order in front. The lady behind the counter was having a long conversation with some guy, ignoring the other customers in line. We just sat ourselves down. Our waitress took forever. Only three tables of diners in the whole restaurant too. We order apps. Our waitress didn’t even offer us water and didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink. We ate our apps with no water or drink. I got up, went to the front and paid for our apps and went to another restaurant. Before I did that I had a conversation with another guy on the line about how awful the service is. That and the music is way too loud. Also, there’s a bunch of people just hanging out by the door inside, not at a table, with beer in hand, and I couldn’t even tell you if they worked there or not. They need to decide if they’re a bar, club or takeout. This was embarrassing.
