About Manna Teriyaki

Manna Teriyaki is a restaurant located at 12906 Bothell Everett Hwy D, Everett, WA 98208, USA. While its name includes "Teriyaki," the recent customer reviews suggest that it operates as a "Chinese Restaurant" offering a range of dishes that extend beyond just teriyaki. You can contact them by phone at (425) 357-8887 or their mobile number +1 425-357-8887.

The platform category "Chinese Restaurant" typically encompasses establishments that provide a variety of Chinese culinary options, which can include dishes prepared with teriyaki sauce, a popular adaptation often found in American Chinese cuisine. However, the reviews for Manna Teriyaki indicate a broader menu that includes items like Mandarin chicken, Mongolian chicken, and spicy chicken teriyaki. It is crucial to note that recent feedback highlights a significant change in ownership, which appears to have impacted the menu, pricing, and potentially the quality and consistency of the food.

Based on the limited recent customer reviews available, providing a detailed description of the environment, services, and features of Manna Teriyaki under its new ownership is challenging. The reviews primarily focus on changes experienced by returning customers who were familiar with the previous management.

Regarding the environment, no specific comments are made about the physical space or ambiance of the restaurant in the provided reviews. Therefore, we cannot offer any objective information about the cleanliness, decor, or overall atmosphere under the new ownership.

In terms of services, it can be inferred that Manna Teriyaki offers takeout service, as both reviewers mention ordering food. It is also highly likely that they provide dine-in service, although this is not explicitly stated. Delivery service might be available through the restaurant directly or via third-party delivery platforms, but this is not mentioned in the reviews.

The features of Manna Teriyaki are currently in a state of transition due to the change in ownership. One reviewer who ordered Mandarin chicken reported receiving Mongolian chicken instead, noting that while the food was still good, it was not what they had ordered, and there was a $2 price difference that was not rectified. This suggests a potential issue with order accuracy under the new management. The fact that the customer still found the Mongolian chicken "good" indicates that some dishes might still be of decent quality.

Another long-time customer expressed significant disappointment after discovering the new ownership. They ordered their usual spicy chicken teriyaki and found it to be different from before. The price had increased by $3.00 (from $12.99 to $15.99), and the portion size was noticeably smaller. This feedback suggests that the new owners have implemented changes to the menu, pricing, and portion sizes, which may not align with the expectations of previous patrons.

A significant point raised by this reviewer is the lack of any indication of the change in ownership at the restaurant. They felt that it would have been courteous to inform customers, especially since the existing online reviews pertain to the previous owners and their menu. This lack of transparency could lead to "false narrative and expectations" for new and returning customers alike.

Currently, no promotional information is available for Manna Teriyaki under the new ownership in the provided reviews. Under previous management, there might have been lunch specials or other promotions, but it is unclear if these have been continued or if new ones have been introduced. To obtain information about any current promotions, it would be necessary to contact the restaurant directly.

In summary, Manna Teriyaki in Everett, WA, is a Chinese restaurant that has recently come under new ownership. While the previous reputation might have been based on a certain menu, pricing, and quality, the recent reviews indicate significant changes. Customers have reported issues with order accuracy, changes in the preparation and taste of familiar dishes, price increases, and reduced portion sizes. The lack of clear communication about the change in ownership is also a concern raised by a reviewer. Potential customers should be aware that the experiences and feedback related to the previous management may no longer be representative of the current Manna Teriyaki. It would be advisable to approach this restaurant with an understanding that the menu, quality, and service might differ from past experiences and to potentially inquire about the current offerings and pricing directly with the restaurant.

Food was good don't get me wrong, but it would've been a lot better if I'd been given the Mandarin chicken I ordered instead of Mongolian chicken. It was still good, but I'm still craving what I actually wanted. Edit: also the $2 price difference of not getting what I ordered is kinda getting under my skin. I didn't pay extra for no reason.

It's okay... But not the same, I was sad to discover that the restaurant was under new ownership today, but had decided to keep the same name, I ordered the same as usual, my spicy chicken teriyaki in hopes it would still be the same but it was not at all, the price is $15.99, which is $3.00 more than the old cost, and the portion size is noticeably smaller. I think at least giving the courtesy of putting an under new ownership sign would be due, especially because all of the reviews on here are for the previous owners and their menu, not the new ones, so it would be giving people a false narrative and expectations for the restaurant.

The restaurant was clean which was really nice since my Fiancé and I actually had time to sit down and eat. While there the customer service was first rate as the hostess checked in often to make sure we were good without making us feel rushed or unwelcome to take our time and eat at out leisure. so was the over all atmosphere was great as well os the food. From the time we ordered to the time our food was brought out to our table was incredibly quick, If I were to time it I'm pretty sure the time frame would have been comparable to fast food nowadays. Not only did we get our food quickly but it was fantastic. We love trying out new teriyake places so we have been to a bunch of them in the area and I would say the quality and quantity of the food here was in the top 10. I would have to say that it was on the pricey side of things as it cost $40 for the 2 of us to each have our own order and split 1 soda but we were satisfied leaving as it was just a good experience.

We haven't been in it for a while, and I noticed they had new menu boards, new seats and the police seemed much brighter and refreshed. I ordered chicken teriyaki and took it home, but it was on the dry side and we did not finished it. Hoping they only had an off night. I ordered again tonight. Unfortunately, the rice was badly overcooked and the General Tso's was dry and had very little sauce. I think these may be new owners and maybe not even the same restaurant that was there before. I will probably not be back
