Mama's Pizza

I don't believe there's a sign saying whether to sit yourself, wait for host, or what to do. Once you ordered your food, I was not told where to sit. Service, I'll give a 1. Food was okay. Starter wings were too small. Way too small for the price. The ranch dressing was really good though. The onion rings were delicious though. Perfect temp, crunch, soft to the bite. The bread for the Alfredo was pretty good, but the chicken was too dry. Oh, and the Alfredo sauce was too watery. The meatball sub was okay.

I order the lunch special it’s a mini pizza with a salad and drink, perfect combo for around 11$ it’s 35cents per extra toppings. I did order cheese bread but they gave me garlic bread instead it tasted delicious tho either way. The salad I ate to fast before taking a picture but it’s a typical salad 🥗 & we ate half the onion rings before I took a picture they overload them which is great deal if sharing with others.

My bother lived near Mama’s Pizza on Saddlecreek Rd, and we would have lunch there. I have been a customer ever since. I always order their Combo, it’s a perfect pizza to me. The way they layer the ingredients, the fusion of flavors, the crispy crust, baked to perfection. Always piping hot, and always consistent. The people are great, the service is top notch, and the restaurant is clean, and so inviting, every time. What’s not to love!

Our initial impression upon entering the restaurant was deeply concerning, as we witnessed a heated altercation between staff and patrons over an order dispute. Despite this, we chose to proceed with our meal, a decision we now regret. Someone in our party ordered spaghetti and meatballs. What arrived was a child's portion of spaghetti and meatballs. When we addressed this with management, we were met with an unacceptable level of resistance and attitude. We were informed that the child's portion was what was entered into the system, implying we were at fault. This is unacceptable. We did not request a child's portion, and it is unreasonable to assume such an order without explicit confirmation. Furthermore, the complete lack of an apology or attempt to correct the error demonstrates a profound disregard for customer satisfaction. This level of service is inadequate and warrants immediate attention.

You will never find a better onion ring than with Mama's pizza. Growing up this place was a staple in our household and even today it continues to be the same top quality pizza. It stands out from all the rest. Piles of cheese, a rich sauce that is sweet and savory all the same. Down to the crispy crust that you'll be sure to finish.
