I tried this hotpot style in Seattle, and this place provided the same excellent experience. I love the ability to customize my bowl, and the pay-by-weight system is a nice touch. The service is great—they bring your bowl to your table after you’ve paid. The sauce bar is tidy, and they offer free tea. I had the tomato sweet and sour soup, while my husband went with the dry mix. The soup base had a consistent taste compared to other places. However, I did experience an upset stomach afterward. The dry mix bowl took a little longer to prepare than the soup and came with peanut sauce. The restaurant is clean, with cute decor, and there’s easy parking right in front.

Great place for picky eaters! They can choose what they want!! Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if we needed help. 1. Grab a bowl and a pair of thongs and then choose what you want. So many things to choose from veggies, noodles, tofu, seafood, meats. Something for everyone. 2. Choose your soup, the weigh it, then pay. 3. They let you know what table and you go create your own sauce at their sauce bar and self serve water or sweet tea. We really enjoyed our meal here and will come back.

We love love this spot! Today was our first time trying it and it was absolutely amazing! The service was great. Jocelyn was friendly, funny and very helpful. The food was delicious and everything tasted and looked fresh. It was spacious, clean and quiet. Great spot to eat! Definitely we are coming back next time we visit Vegas!

Paul was super friendly and helpful. My girlfriend has wanted to try hotpot but it’s difficult to find a spot since she’s vegetarian. Thankfully, this place is build-your-own and they have tons of mushrooms, veges, tofu, and options all around. Awesome spot, definitely coming back here.

This is such a great concept. My only problem was wanting more than one person can eat. There's such a a variety of proteins, veggies, and noodles and everything is super fresh. The process is easy to follow. I chose the Sichuan-Style Malatang both, which was very aromatic and flavorful. The condiment bar for dipping sauce has all the staples, plus numbing oil. Service was super friendly. Bottled/canned drinks are available for purchase, and self-serve water and tea are complimentary. I highly recommend.
