One customer who ordered the beef with broccoli dinner described the beef as rubbery, the broccoli as overcooked, and the dish as having too much sauce. More alarmingly, this reviewer recounted finding a long hair in their food, which they described as a "disgusting experience" leading them to question the sanitary conditions of the establishment.
Another customer, who reported having enjoyed Major's before a lockdown period, expressed extreme disappointment with their recent experiences with delivery orders. They stated that their order notes were ignored, specifically mentioning the lack of hot oil and the unwanted inclusion of mumbo sauce. This customer also noted an inflexible ordering system requiring the selection of either fries or rice, even if undesired, and reported receiving "old raggedy fries" when rice was chosen. Furthermore, they described the shrimp in their mei fun as mushy. This customer stated they would not order from Major's again due to the poor food quality and wasted money.

Customer Reviews
I ordered the beef with broccoli dinner. The beef was rubbery, the broccoli was over cooked, and there was too much sauce. It was tolerable because I was hungry. But, the worst part was the long hair that was in my food. As I was about to eat my next bite, I felt a pull. I looked down at my bowl and saw the long, black hair hanging from my fork as I was lifting it up to put in my mouth. It was the most disgusting experience ever! I question the sanitary conditions of this establishment. I gag when I think about it. 🤢🤢
I used to love Major's pre lock down. I have moved away and I order now. They are horrible now. They ignore order notes. I like hot oil. They don't give it. I don't like mumbo. I tell them to keep it. I don't want fries or rice, but they make you order one or the other. I choose rice and get old raggedy fries. The shrimp was mushy in my mei fun. 3 strikes you're out. I am not ordering from them again. I don't have money to waste, and when I order, I'm hungry. I hate having to cook after I ordered, because the food is bad. I could've just cooked.
I was craving a classic DMV Chinese spot style steak + cheese and this was the only spot I found near me at the time. I don't eat these expecting a Philly quality sandwich by any means but this was quite mediocre. Not the worst I've had (Hunan City in Forest Glen comes to mind) but certainly doesn't taste as good as others I've been to. Even Eddie Yums on South Capitol tasted better. Fries were forgettable as well.
My fish sandwich was terrible a patty sliced in half for 8$ was not worth it it was thrown together cheese wast melted....to pricy for horrible service ....wish I could show a Pic
Do not do it this food is the reason so many people are in dialysis or have diabetes. It's not real fake food. Sanitary conditions 🤮🤢 I got sick it was bad. Fried chicken is the lowest grade.... yellow rice is not fried rice it's stale. Low mein was so old it stuck together. No stars.
