Love the sweet and sour chicken 🍗 the large portion quart size has lots of nuggets in it. But the sweet and sour shrimp are pretty skimpy there is a large portion but mostly bread and batter egg rolls and spring rolls are all good and I got the ribs they were delicious and the prices are not too bad. The young fellow that works behind the counter could use a little attitude adjustment he's been grumpy every time he took my order he has never smiled one time when talking my order. A little kindness goes a long way young man.

It was my first time ordering here. The guy that answered the phone was really nice! We got boneless spare ribs, fried chicken wings, and rice. The food was great, and I especially LOVED the chicken! It was absolutely delicious. 100% ordering again!

They didn’t want to answer the phone after 9:30 even tho they close at 10:30 when we tried to place an order, we had to go all the way to the restaurant. Their chicken broccoli is flavorless and then they sold us two expired Pepsis for $6! Stay away from this place

Order tonight around dinner time…I live in Bethel CT and our Chinese restaurants are closed on Mondays…so we said let’s give Brookfield a shot…found this place…called and they acted like they couldn’t hear me…so I got hung up on twice same response…third time a lady picked up again couldn’t hear me so she called me back…ordered the food coat came out to $57.16…that’s well over $40 dollars…so I didn’t bother ordering egg rolls because it was supposed to be free…drove all the way there…guy behind the counter rude to begin with…no hello or hi…I told him I’m there for my order gave me my food in a box which is cool I’m fine with that…I asked for hot oil and hot mustard and an extra bag of noodles for the wonton soup we order…I told him I’ll pay for the extra….didnt charge me…gave me the oil and the mustard no extra noodles til I told him….then I asked him where is the egg rolls…very rudely he says well it’s not on the ticket and you will have to wait 5 additional minutes…he didn’t turn to the manager or the woman I ordered from and ask where the egg rolls are since I paid well over $40…so I just took my food and left….as I’m in my neighborhood I called the place again got the can’t hear me called me back routine and I told the lady that the guy behind the counter is rude and disrespectful…I paid over the $40 required for the free egg rolls and told her what he told me…and ended the phone call saying we will not be ordering from this place again…I’d rather wait for Tuesday to have Chinese food from far friendlier and mannered Chinese restaurants who might I add has better tasting food anyway…gained a customer and lost one in less than an hour….good job….

Used to love this place so we ordered take out, the guy who answered acted like we were bothering him, paid over $70...we live 25 minutes away. I called to tell them 90% of the order was wrong when I got home. Packaging looked very similar to what we usually get elsewhere so I hadn't noticed. He even showed me my receipt and it matched what we had ordered but that wasn't what was in the box. It's an honest mistake but it was the way it was handled. He offered to have me bring it back which was nice but unfortunately we live too far, he told me to keep the food until the next day and bring it back to get any money back. No thanks. It's not like we were lying, the people who got my actual order likely came back when they realized it was wrong. Paid with a card, they could have offered some kind of refund. Then he hung up on me when I said I wasn't going to hold on to the food overnight until it was rancid to bring it back tomorrow. Terrible customer service...wasted $73.00 on basically vegetables and rice and I'm still hungry. Food was not only not what we ordered, but the fam said it was not that great. Save your money.
