While the name suggests a focus on dumplings, Ma's Dumpling House offers an extensive menu that includes a variety of Chinese dishes. Another customer who placed a pickup order mentioned that the atmosphere appeared nice and the person at the counter was pleasant.

Popular dishes highlighted in reviews include the sweet and sour fish, described as gooey, starchy, and having a yummy sauce that pairs well with steamed white rice. The pan-fried dumplings are also well-received, particularly by one reviewer's sister. However, the onion pancake was described as chewy by one customer who generally prefers a flakier texture.

Ma's Dumpling House is a cozy hole in the wall in the 99 Ranch plaza serving Chinese food. They may be a dumpling house, but the menu is extensive and includes more than you would think. In addition to pan-fried dumplings, we also got the onion pancake and sweet and sour fish. The fish came out first and it was my favorite thing that we got. I liked how gooey and starchy it was, and the sauce was very yummy. It's good with steamed white rice. The onion pancake was good, but not really to my preference. It was quite chewy and I usually prefer it flakier. The pan-fried dumplings were good too, and my sister really liked them. The service was friendly and attentive. The lady came and took our empty plates without us needing to ask. Overall, Ma's Dumpling house is a good local spot to scratch an itch for Chinese food.

I did a pick up order. Atmosphere looked nice. Guy behind the counter was nice. Food tasted great. A bit on the expensive side for this type of cuisine in the area. Juicy pork dumplings had no soup in them. But yeah everything tasted great.

Delicious and fresh homemade dumplings! Always soooo tasty! My bf and I have been coming here for years now and it feels like we are at home here. The servers are very kind and friendly. Fast service even when they are busy and just overall great memories have been made here for sure. My go-to restaurant when we are craving dumplings. Even though it's a bit far from us, we definitely don't mind the drive for fresh authentic dumplings!

Today, April 9, 2025, around 6pm. Me and my family had a terrible experience with how the server/lady took our order, unfriendly service, unwilling and not properly answer our food questions. Such as how many people the rice plates serves?, to which she answered with sarcasm, “it depends on how hungry you are”. We took offense. It should be a simple answer of good for 2 or good for 4. There are other behavioral issues too. We lose our interest, cancel the orders and leave. We will not recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.

Delicious, fresh, and great prices! Beef dumplings and pork wontons in chili oil were amazing, you can taste the freshness. House chow mein was cooked perfectly, all meats were very juicy! Can’t wait to come back.
