2nd time here and still one of our favorite Asian restaurants. The Tonkatsu Ramen is our favorite! The shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice is great as well. They always have great music playing.

The tonkatsu was very good, I've had better broth but this held its own. I had it with the bok choy added. The chasu was the tastiest I've had in a tonkatsu anywhere. I was tempted to try the chili oil but I don't like to eat spicy the day before traveling. The egg rolls were very nice and the fried shrimp bao was amazing. The ramen has a wonderful texture. My wife and I really enjoyed it! We will definitely return when in Norwalk.

Best. Place. EVER! The food, the service (shoutout to Brian), and the venue itself is incredible. I'm very picky eater. But every time I come here, there's always something new to fall in love with. Lol. I definitely recommend Mecha to any couple, any family, and any age group. (Watch out for the spice, though).

Melanie is King!! Just love her. Food is perfection. Shut up about my lotus flower bomb sangria. I ate too much and couldn't have another! I had the special, a cold dish with beef. Delicious. My better half gets serious points for this one. We will be back. Wink. Oh...you MUST try the wings.

New menu is awful. They replaced the regular tonkatsu and pho. The "new" tonkatsu costs $2 more for a couple of chicharones on top and the "new" pho sizzle costs $5! more. This is ignoring the new, smaller bowls from a few months ago. And the Bao order size got cut in half from 2 to 1, but the price sure didn't. At over $20/bowl of ramen, you're looking at over $50 with tax and tips for just soup and water when you used to be able to get out for under $40. I was a regular and I've been coming here for the last 6 years or so, but I simply can't afford it anymore. They priced themselves out.
