Ly’s Kitchen of Sugar Land

Nice small family Chinese restaurant. The food is great and tastes freshly made. The portions are adequate for the price. The staff is friendly and the food presentation is nice. The interior has plenty of seating but the chairs are uncomfortable, many of the chairs have a curve that makes you hunch over the table, you can't sit straight up. I enjoyed the food but was physically uncomfortable for the duration of my meal.

Everything here is amazing. My second time back. I drove 45 minutes just to enjoy this food and company. Flavorful, beautiful atmosphere, positive attitude in the staff. I really appreciate this place. Crab puffs, shrimp fried rice, orange chicken, hunan chicken, chicken egg rolls. Just amazing

I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a nice place for dinner, so I took him here. We both loved it so much and were so glad to know that it served halal food. The atmosphere was lovely, the customer service was great and the food was amazing. The only thing I would say is that the pan fried chicken dumplings we ordered seemed a little undercooked. Other than that, we will definitely come back here again :)

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at this Ly's kitchen restaurant (missouri city). Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully prepared. The hot and sour soup was the perfect start—rich, tangy, and comforting. The fried rice was perfectly seasoned and full of fresh vegetables, making it an ideal accompaniment to the entrees. The Mongolian beef was tender, savory, and perfectly balanced with just the right hint of sweetness. The spicy Korean beef had the perfect kick of heat while still being incredibly flavorful—definitely a highlight of the meal! The chicken dumplings were a delight, with a soft, delicate wrapper and a juicy, well-seasoned filling. The portions were generous, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Friendly staff and quick. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended!

The chicken corn soup was really bad. Looks like gelatin is used instead of corn flour and yellow color. We had to wait to be seated although there was table available. The seating area was full of smoke coming from kitchen Although I confirmed all order dishes, one dish was skipped completely and was told that forgot to add in order The food is just ok. Spicy Korean chicken was better.
