I don’t usually take the time to write a review but I felt the need to write one. The portions were pretty small for the amount of money. The food left a weird taste in my mouth, it was so bad my wife and I couldn’t finish our meals. We took the food back and they gave us a full refund. The customer service was great, but they definitely need to change something. Wouldn’t recommend it, which is sad because Lucy’s used to be really good!

Great food and great service!! Cashew chicken was delicious! Crab ragoon did have a garlic flavor which I loved, but some might not just fyi! Would go again!

Great, fast service. Food was brought out quickly and was good. Had the sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, and beef lo mein. Need to let people know the soda machine isn't working properly before they purchase a drink.

This was my first visit while I was visiting family in Ozark. I went through the drive-thru at noon and they were super fast. The food tasted hot and fresh. I ordered the full sized cashew chicken with an egg roll. The chicken was thick and juicy. The sauce was very flavorful. It was the quintessential flavor of Springfield cashew chicken sauce that I have memories of eating growing up. The fried rice it came with was also cooked perfectly. It was a great find! It was also a great value for the price. I couldn’t eat it all because it was a huge portion. Will definitely be going back for my cashew chicken cravings when I am in town.

It had been some time since I visited Lucy's. I use to think they did a good job with cashew chicken. However my observation is: 1) small portions (I purchased a "full order", I can't imagine how small the half order is?? 2) small amount of rice.....really??? 3) over cooked dry chicken 4) over cooked crab Rangoon Very disappointed!
