About Lucky Wok

Lucky Wok is a Chinese Restaurant located at 4501 4th St NW Suite I, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA. They can be contacted at phone number (505) 308-3869 or mobile phone +1 505-308-3869.

According to one customer, the food at Lucky Wok is decent. However, they expressed disappointment with the dine-in service, noting that food was served in to-go containers instead of regular plates. Upon inquiry, they were informed that the restaurant does not have regular plates, which significantly detracted from their dining experience. The use of styrofoam containers for hot food was also a concern for this customer, leading to discomfort while eating. This suggests that Lucky Wok may primarily focus on delivery and pickup orders.

Conversely, another reviewer had an overwhelmingly positive experience, describing the food as "absolutely AMAZING!" They highlighted that the dishes are cooked hot and fresh to order, consistently ranking as the best Chinese food they have encountered in Albuquerque. The flavors are described as light and crisp, with the Tsao’s chicken being particularly outstanding. The vegetables are reportedly cooked to perfection, and the spicy dishes are genuinely hot. This customer highly recommends Lucky Wok as their go-to place for a quick and delicious dinner, especially on Friday or Saturday nights.

In summary, Lucky Wok is praised for its delicious and freshly prepared Chinese cuisine, with the Tsao’s chicken being a standout. However, potential dine-in customers should be aware that food is served in to-go containers, as the restaurant apparently does not offer regular plates for dine-in service. This might be a consideration for those prioritizing the dine-in experience over the quality of the food itself.

The food wasn’t bad, but I was disappointed that dine-in orders were served in to-go containers instead of regular plates. When I asked if they could switch, they said they don’t have regular plates. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have even bothered trying this place. The styrofoam, in particular, wasn’t great for hot food, and I didn’t feel comfortable eating from it. It seems like they mainly cater to delivery and pickup.

The food is absolutely AMAZING! Cooked hot and fresh to order, it is consistently the best Chinese food we have found in our lifetime in Albuquerque. The flavors are light and crisp and the Tsao’s chicken is out of this world! Veggies are cooked to perfection. And the spicy dishes are definitely hot! It is our go-to place for a quick and delicious dinner on a Friday or Saturday night. Can’t recommend them enough!

Large portions, great food, local business. We haven't had a bad meal yet. It isn't far from our home so we stop by for dinner often. The place is more for takeaway than dining in but definitely worth it.

We went in on Christmas Eve to order food for 4 adults and a kid and the guy working named Lamb was awesome. He had great suggestions for everyone and he was very friendly. He joked that we would have enough food for a couple of days and he wasn’t kidding. It was really good food

Finally! A close and awesome chinese restaurant. I've been there twice now and I don't have a single bad thing to say. We always eat family style... order several dishes and everyone share, it's the best way to eat not only asian food but most cultures, in my opinion. I will probably be going here once a week this has turned into a top 5 chinese spots in Albuquerque for me. Ask for your fried rice to be curry flavor... trust me if you like curry it's so good! Again everything I've had here is delicious and I cant wait to go back to explore more of the menu!
