Helpful and patient with me ordering, and the foods always delicious. Tonight's dinner was superb 👌

We have always enjoyed the quality of the food and how quickly they get our order ready for pick up. I have to say that for the most part, the food is always good but our order yesterday was the best we have ever had. Joey (owner) was working which I have not seen in quite some time. I live in Florida full time now but whenever i come back to Ohio we get Lucky Star. I hope Joey will be more involved at the restaurant again because our food was absolutely amazing!! Keep up the good work Joey!!!

Always large portions and good food! It's the only place you can get Chinese food in Hartville so we're Lucky😉 their good. I give them 4 Stars🙃

We walked in and I whispered to my husband "the place is dirty." It smelled like a weird plug in smell instead of awesome food. It should have been a great hint to leave but we didn't. We ordered and went home. I never mentioned the above to my daughter who stayed in the vehicle so that she would eat. At home she said the food was not flavorful. My son said the rice had a cigarette taste to it. The noodles had a burnt taste to it. We have traveled fulltime for the past few years and this is the worst food we have tasted. The lady who took our order was great, welcoming. The crab ragoon is the only food that I highly recommend. Hope they clean up the place.

The best Chinese food anywhere 😋 the crew is always working at a fast pace to get the orders out. Great service and prices.
