Lucky Star Chinese Restaurant

Me and my friends loved this place. I was surprised how delicious was everything. This Chinese cuisine isn’t like an average Asian Wok Place or Asian fast food. L Lucky Star Restaurant provides Chinese authentic experience and flavors. Another word about the food, everything was fresh, and tasted great. Fry oil was fresh also. I give 5 stars for quality Service was great also. Friendly hostess and server. This is the place for visiting again and again Highly recommend

Hubby and I have been trying to eat here for weeks based on the reviews. Every time, it was closed.The hours need to be confirmed. Someone told me they open some time after 5 pm. We tried again this past Thursday around 6 pm and .... 🥁.....anticipation building.....We were blown out of our minds with the fresh, tasteful flavors. LUCK STAR is one of the best Chinese food restaurants in my area. Hands down worth the wait.

This place in business for a long time so as the staff. They are very friendly and the food is authentic (as least the menu that I got). I do know they cater to non-asian customers. The place is a bit run down, but seating is comfortable. The portions seemed less than before, however, still ok as they need to survive without hurting our pocket. Since they don't have part time help, normal weekday or weekend is fine, but during holidays, except to wait for a long time for service and food. Finally opened for take out only. Was told weekday not sure if it will open, but Friday to Sunday is from 5-10pm.

I absolutely loved the ginger scallion Maine lobster, Chinese broccoli and vegetable fried rice that I ordered for take out. They prepared the food quickly and it was delicious. Very flavorful and they made the lobster slightly spicy upon our request. They also don’t use msg in their cooking and you can taste how fresh their ingredients are. I would highly recommend this place for takeout. The staff was also very friendly when I went to pick up my order. The lobster portion is big enough for two people with sides.

Great authentic Hong Kong style food, not the "New York" style. Tastes like the old ABC food we had years ago before ownership change
