Another reviewer noted that while the "restaurant decor is a little dated," everything was "immaculate and very clean." This indicates that despite perhaps not having the most modern decor, Lucky Panda maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which contributes positively to the overall dining experience. The restaurant is also mentioned as not being very large but featuring a "nice bar," providing a space for those who wish to enjoy a drink with their meal.

The service at Lucky Panda is consistently praised as "very friendly and helpful" and "also excellent." Customers have highlighted the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff, indicating a commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The warm and welcoming service likely contributes to the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, making it a place where diners feel well-cared for.

A key feature of Lucky Panda is the delicious quality of its food. One customer who ordered the chicken and cashew entree described it as "delicious!" This dish appears to be a highlight, showcasing the flavorful and well-prepared options available at the restaurant. Another reviewer sampled a variety of dishes, including the spring rolls, egg drop soup, vegetable lo mein, and shrimp shumai, and found all of them to be "excellent." This suggests a consistent level of quality across different menu items, catering to various tastes and preferences.

The egg drop soup received specific positive mention, indicating that even the classic Chinese soup offerings are well-executed at Lucky Panda. The vegetable lo mein was also praised, suggesting a satisfying option for vegetarian diners or those who enjoy noodle dishes. The shrimp shumai, a type of steamed dumpling, was also noted as excellent, showcasing the variety and quality of the appetizer options available.

Another notable feature mentioned by a customer is that Lucky Panda seems to do "a lot of take out orders." This indicates that the restaurant is a popular choice for those who prefer to enjoy their Chinese food at home. The efficiency and quality maintained for takeout orders likely mirror the positive dine-in experiences reported by other customers.

While specific promotional information is not included in the provided reviews, one customer mentioned that their total bill, including hot tea for one and water for the other, and a tip, was less than $45 for a meal that included spring rolls, two egg drop soups, vegetable lo mein, and shrimp shumai. This is a valuable feature, especially for those planning to dine in during peak hours or with a larger group, ensuring that a table will be available. This demonstrates a commitment to accommodating their customers' needs and providing a seamless dining experience.

The fact that one reviewer discovered Lucky Panda while visiting a nearby store in the same shopping center highlights its convenient location for those in the area. However, they also noted that the restaurant doesn't have a "big sign out front," making it "easy to miss while driving by." This is important information for local users to be aware of when planning their visit – look for the location within the shopping center rather than relying on a prominent exterior sign.

In conclusion, Lucky Panda in North Myrtle Beach, SC, is a locally run Chinese restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience characterized by delicious food, friendly and helpful service, and a clean, cozy atmosphere. With a menu featuring well-received dishes like the chicken and cashew entree, excellent spring rolls, egg drop soup, vegetable lo mein, and shrimp shumai, Lucky Panda caters to a variety of tastes. I didn't take any photos - I wish I had. This is a locally run restaurant that we discovered today while going to the Goodwill store in the same shopping center. They don't have a big sign out front, so it is easy to miss while driving by it. I had the spring rolls, my wife and I both had egg drop soup. I had the vegetable lo mien. My wife wasn't too hungry so she had the shrimp shumai. All of the food was excellent and the service was also excellent. The restaurant decor is a little dated, but everything was immaculate and very clean. It is not a very large restaurant, but it does have a nice bar, and they do a lot of take out orders. We will definitely be eating here again. Our total bill with me having hot tea and my wife having water, including tip, was less than $45. I highly recommend this restaurant and they do take reservations.

Good lunch specials. The hot and sour soup was different but delicious. Had human shrimp and kung pow shrimp, both very good! Shrimp was good size and plump!

We have always gotten takeout from here since we moved here 4 years ago, it’s my favorite Chinese in the area. The staff is so kind every time and the food is phenomenal. I love the Singapore chow mei fun and the eggrolls. Thank yall for always taking care of us!

One of the better Chinese restaurants in NMB, very clean inside, quick service, good service. The food is a little bland for my liking but the quality and presentation (if eating on site) is great. This is our "go to" for Chinese.
