A notable feature of Lotus Express is its buffet-style setup, which allows customers to sample the different meat options before deciding what to order. The staff doesn’t speak English at all. That is not a problem because I speak Spanish. I asked for a pepper chicken and another spicy chicken. They served my food and when I tried to eat it, the chicken was not good. It tasted like rotten meat and I was not able to eat it. I used to have food here on a regular basis, now I don’t think I would get back.

I don't think the bad reviews are justified. You can try and taste every meat they have and make your choice after and rice and vegetables were great. Plus the other customer crying for a 0,50$ extra when it's clearly written on the boards, i mean stay home and cook yourself it's going to cost you more... great taste, great price, great service thank you Lotus Express

Some of the best Asian food is from this places in the mall I got the orange chicken and bourbon chicken with rice and lo mein for $13 I do think it could have been a bit more of food but overall it was still filling. The orange chicken is really sweet. My only complaint is that the food was like overly saucy I like the sauce but it was so drenched that the rice was a bit soggy and the noodles were hard to eat because they kept slipping through my fork. Also their plantains and egg rolls look really good

Nothing is labeled. They can barely speak/understand English. I asked for crab wontons and I get plantains! I didn’t watch them, my fault I was busy looking at other food trying to figure what everything was since it’s not labeled.

My wife called this place foxy because of their business practice. I came here to grab a quick bite to eat. I chose two types of meat and a side advertised for $10.59 (check out the picture). After paying the bill and eating my food, I looked at the receipt and noticed they secretly added a surcharge of .50. Ridiculous. Trying to nickel and dime customers on taxes is a sure way to get a low review.
