This place was amazing. Great service from Yuki such a sweet soul. The manager Sarah had outstanding hospitality was very attentive to us and the restaurant in general she was on it. The chef kudos to him peaking duck was delicious thank you for a great dining experience.

The staff here are really attentive and the drinks are delicious. The food however is just ok. There was nothing that tasted bad but nothing stood out as amazing. For Asian food at this price, I'd expect fresh garlic, ginger, spices and herbs. The ambiance is amazing though. Beautiful bar area and dining room. But the food is far from fine dining.

We came here tonight and had dinner at Lotus. Stephanie took care of us at the bar and was on top of her game!! We love coming to Lotus and love the staff here. This resteraunt is amazing and the food is to die for!!

Lotus Restaurant at Resorts World Catskills is an absolute disgrace! The food was subpar, but the service was even worse. - Overpriced and underseasoned dishes - Slow and unfriendly service - But the real problem was the supervisor/manager, who was: - Disgraceful - Unprofessional - Uninterested in customer satisfaction When we tried to address our concerns, the supervisor/manager: - Walked away mid-conversation - Never returned to offer a solution or apology - Left us feeling ignored and disrespected The manager's behavior was appalling, and the food was disappointing. It's clear that Lotus Restaurant doesn't value their customers or care about providing a quality experience. Resorts World Catskills needs to take immediate action and: - Fire the supervisor/manager - Train the staff on basic customer service - Overhaul the menu and kitchen Until then, AVOID LOTUS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! UPDATE: I've reported this incident to Resorts World Catskills management and hope they take action to address the poor food quality and unprofessional management. This place needs a serious overhaul!"

First of all when Chef Coco came out and introduced herself, I knew right away this was going to be a great experience. We started with soup and appetizers and they were wonderful. The wait staff was at every need, our glasses never got empty, there service was excellent. Then came the main course. The food was clearly fresh, the chicken was soft and succelnt and vegitables tasted as if they were just picked that morning. I have to commend the wait staff on there excellent service & the manager Karen Lu was very gracious to make sure all our needs where taken care of. This place is a must if ur in the area. I’m looking forward to going back there soon. Thank you Lotus for a excellent evening. Also, there chocolate fudge cake was probably the best I have ever had!
