Based on online reviews, customer experiences at Little Thai Kitchen are mixed. Some customers found the food to be "fine" or "decent," noting that while it might not be exceptional compared to top-tier Thai restaurants, it is also not bad. One reviewer specifically mentioned the Massaman curry with chicken as decent, with a tangy rather than earthy flavor profile. The Duck Basil was also described as decent, especially for the lunch special price, with good crisp on the skin. The Pad Kee Mow with chicken was highlighted as "very good," with great smoky flavor and texture in the noodles and a prominent basil flavor.

However, other reviews express less positive opinions. One customer advised to "skip this spot," suggesting there are better Thai options available in Westchester. This reviewer found the place to be "a little outdated" and felt rushed during their meal, despite the restaurant being empty. They also considered the food to be "okay" but "definitely overpriced," citing a $95 bill for two main dishes, one appetizer, and one salad.

Regarding service, one positive review mentioned that the lady working was "incredibly nice" and appreciated being advised on how to get the waitress's attention. This suggests that friendly service can be provided. However, the negative review mentioned a waitress who seemed to be learning and contributed to the feeling of being rushed.

This place was fine. Lots of bad reviews, but it's not bad. Just average and a bit overpriced for the dinner menu. Seems to be an expensive area in general, though. I eat a lot of Thai in the Philadelphia area and didn't find this to be as good as the best restaurants, but was a lot better than a lot of the more middle quality places I've been too. Massaman curry with chicken: decent. Not too sweet or too spicy. More tangy than earthy. Good flavors. Duck Basil: this was my dish. Decent quality meat. Good for the lunch special price for sure. Good crisp on the skin and not too fatty or tough. The sauce was nice and the veggies were fresh. Pad Kee Mow with chicken: very good. The noodles had a great smokey flavor and texture. The Basil flavor stood out well I dont know, I just feel bad that so many people reviewed this place as if it is awful. I've definitely had way worse. We all enjoyed our meal and were happy we stopped off the highway for it. The food came out super quick. The lady working was incredibly nice. We were kindly advised to flag our waitress down when we were ready to order and when we paid our check. I'm wondering if the complaints about bad service were from people who didn't feel comfortable getting the waitress's attention when they needed it.

Skip this spot, there are better Thai places in Westchester. The place seems a little outdated. The waitress seemed nice at first, but it felt she was still learning her job. We were trying to enjoy our main meal and soon got handed the check. Making us feel like we were being rushed/kicked out (mind you, the restaurant was just as empty as in the picture). The food is okay, but definitely over priced. We ended up spending $95 for two people (two main dishes, 1 app, 1 salad).

i’ve been waiting to have pineapple fried rice for over a month. i’ve been craving and yearning for it for so long until finally, on may 22nd, 2024, i ordered my pineapple fried rice. i eagerly opened the bag for the pineapple fried rice that i paid $25 for. suddenly, the most miserable tragedy i have ever experienced came upon me. the pineapple fried rice…. WAS PINEAPPLE-LESS!!! those speddies will NOT be hearing from me again. they are biggies and i will be getting my pineapple fried rice (that includes the pineapple) from somewhere else, not these biggies. hope this helps!

Nice place. Food is good not great. Red curry was spicy but not too spicy. Nice touch with a rose on top of straw in Thai tea.

The 1 star gave to the pretty good taste of curry. Weirdest tasted Thai iced tea ever, they weren’t willing to offer a refund or exchange at all. After I got home I found out the rice wasn’t fresh either, must be left overs. Didn’t bother to go back, worst lunch experience ever!
