About Little Namking Chinese Food

Little Namking Chinese Food is a Chinese restaurant located at 695 E 14th St, San Leandro, CA 94577, USA. They can be contacted at (510) 382-0168 or +1 510-382-0168. Based on recent customer reviews available online, the restaurant appears to elicit strong and contrasting opinions regarding both its food quality and customer service.

One customer recounted a significantly negative experience with the customer service at Little Namking Chinese Food. According to this review, an order consisting of salt and pepper prawns with fried rice and dried fried ribs resulted in the ribs being excessively fried to a crisp, with virtually no meat remaining. The fried rice was deemed acceptable, but the shrimp in it was also described as being fried to a crisp. Attempting to resolve the issue by returning to the restaurant and requesting a remake reportedly became a "hassle," ultimately leading the customer to request and receive a refund. This reviewer expressed strong dissatisfaction, stating they would "definitely never go here" again and emphasizing the importance of customer service.

Another review presented an even more critical perspective on the food itself. This customer mentioned being influenced by a YouTube review that called the spot "legendary," leading to high expectations. However, their personal experience with the General Chicken lunch special was overwhelmingly negative. They described the General Chicken as excessively spicy, almost inedible even for someone who enjoys spicy food. The fried rice was particularly criticized, labeled as tasting like "package rice" with a lack of onions and what appeared to be old eggs. This reviewer went as far as to say their own homemade fried rice was superior and that the dish lacked any discernible characteristics of good Chinese food. They deemed the meal "one of the worse Chinese specials" they had ever had and strongly advised others to "stay the HELL away," citing cheap ingredients and a lack of authenticity compared to older generations of Chinese restaurants.

The stark contrast between the "legendary" description mentioned by one reviewer (presumably from an external source not directly provided) and the extremely negative personal experiences detailed in the provided reviews is notable. It suggests a potential inconsistency in food quality or perhaps a difference in expectations or individual palates. It's important to consider that online reviews can be subjective and represent individual experiences at a specific point in time.

Based solely on the provided customer feedback, there is no information available regarding the environment or ambiance of Little Namking Chinese Food. The reviews primarily focus on the food and service aspects of the dining experience.

In terms of features, the menu appears to include standard Chinese-American fare such as fried rice, chow mein, salt and pepper prawns, dried fried ribs, and General Chicken. The availability of a "lunch special" is also mentioned in one review, suggesting potential value-oriented options during certain hours.

There is no promotional information available in the provided text. The reviews focus solely on personal experiences with previously ordered food and service encounters.

Given the limited and overwhelmingly negative recent feedback, it is challenging to provide a balanced introduction to Little Namking Chinese Food for local users. The available information strongly suggests potential issues with both food quality consistency and customer service. While one external source (the YouTube review) used the term "legendary," the direct customer experiences shared paint a significantly different picture. Local users considering dining at Little Namking Chinese Food may want to take these recent negative reviews into account.

It is important to note that these conclusions are drawn solely from the two provided customer reviews. A broader range of feedback over a longer period might offer a more comprehensive understanding of the overall customer experience at Little Namking Chinese Food. However, based on the available information, potential customers should be aware of the reported issues with food quality and customer service.

For local users in San Leandro looking for a Chinese restaurant, the recent feedback for Little Namking Chinese Food raises concerns. The reports of excessively fried and potentially low-quality food, coupled with a negative customer service experience, suggest that caution may be warranted. While individual experiences can vary, the consistency of the negative themes in the provided reviews is noteworthy. Potential customers might want to consider these points before deciding to patronize this establishment. Contacting the restaurant directly at (510) 382-0168 or +1 510-382-0168 to inquire about their current practices and offerings might be a prudent step before placing an order or visiting in person.

I was in the area working so I decided to get me some salt and pepper prawns with fried rice and a order of dried fried ribs. When I tell you the dried fried ribs were literally fried to a crisp. They fried them so hard there was no meat on them.the fried rice Was fine, except for the shrimp that they fry to a crisp as well. I decided to go back and give them another try and ask them to just remake the food, but it became such a hassle back-and-forth so I ended up just getting my money back. I would definitely never go here if I’m in the area of San Leandro again this would definitely not be the last result. Customer service is everything you do not need to be rude to people that are investing into your company.

Greetings, A lady was reviewing this spot on you tube. She called it legendary so I knew I had to try it. When I got there I could smell the food outside of the establishment which is usually a good sign. I ordered the General Chicken lunch special. I'm going to get right to the point. THE FOOD SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Yawl call this crap legendary? Your out of your mind. The lunch special was terrible. The General chicken was spicy as HELL. I could barely eat it and i'm a spice head and the fried rice?, 🤣. That crap was a slap in the face to all good Chinese cooks. It taste like package rice. No onions and tge egg looked old. My fried rice at home is way better. If eye closed my eyes and ate that crap I wouldn't even know it was Chinese food. This was one of the worse Chinese specials I ever had and worse of all I have to carry this crap around in my body until it is digest. That's why I don't like to go off of reviews. This place has four and a half stars out of 5. 🤣🤣🤣. This place is a joke and I worn you to stay the HELL away. The absolute worse food I've had in a long time. I rarely eat out and this is why. These Chinese food places are cutting corners to make a profit and they are not authentic at all like there great grand parents in the 70's and 80's. That goes for Mexican food too. It all sucks and will have your ass in the hospital. I'm done!!!!!! These people are cheap and their ingredients are not authentic. What a waste of time and $.
