About Little Miss Korea
Little Miss Korea is a restaurant located at 1825 W Chew St, Allentown, PA 18104, USA. While categorized under Chinese Restaurants, customer reviews indicate it serves Korean cuisine. They can be contacted at (610) 841-3444 or +1 610-841-3444.
Customers who have dined at Little Miss Korea have generally found the food to be "really good." The dumplings, referred to as "amazing," are a standout item. One reviewer shared a photo of their "lunchbox," describing it as "delicious" and substantial enough for two meals, indicating generous portion sizes for some offerings.
A first-time visitor ordered Bibimbap (beef and chicken) and Mandu dumplings. While the beef Bibimbap was considered "good," with a taste similar to steak sandwich meat, the chicken Bibimbap was noted to have an "off taste" by one of the diners. The plates were described as "heavy," and the amount of food was considered "good." The dumplings were served with a "house dipping sauce that was vinegar based," which is different from the typical soy sauce served with dumplings.
A notable issue mentioned by a first-time visitor was the initial lack of acknowledgement upon entering the restaurant. They reported waiting for five minutes without being greeted, which caused their children to become restless. They felt that a simple "We'll be right with you" would have been appreciated. Despite this initial service lapse, they "enjoyed the food" overall and indicated they "would eat there again," hoping for a better greeting on their next visit.
Based on these reviews, Little Miss Korea in Allentown, PA, offers good Korean food, with the dumplings being a highly recommended item. The lunchbox provides a substantial meal. While the beef Bibimbap is well-received, the chicken version may have quality inconsistencies. The unique vinegar-based dipping sauce for the dumplings is a notable feature. However, there have been reports of slow initial customer acknowledgement upon arrival. Despite this, the food quality seems to be a primary draw, with customers willing to return.
The environment is not explicitly described. Services include dine-in and likely takeaway given the mention of a lunchbox. Features include Korean cuisine with standout dumplings, a substantial lunchbox, and a unique vinegar-based dipping sauce for dumplings. A potential area for improvement is the initial customer greeting upon arrival. No specific promotional information is available in the provided text.

I've only eaten here twice so far but the food is really good. The dumplings are amazing. The photo is of their "lunchbox" I got today. It was delicious and enough food for me to make 2 meals out of
This was my first time trying this restaurant. We almost walked away without ordering, after not being acknowledged for 5 minutes. Our kids got very restless standing there waiting. A simple, "We'll be right with you", would have been appreciated. My wife and I both ordered Bibimbap and Mandu dumplings. I got the beef and she got the chicken. The chicken had an off taste I thought, but the beef was good. Similar to steak sandwich meat. The plates were heavy and the amount of food was good. The dumplings came with a house dipping sauce that was vinegar based, not the typical soy sauce. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would eat there again. Hopefully get a greeting next time.
Highly reccomend this place if you have a bit of time to be patient and maybe check out a few other stands while they prepare your order fresh. My sister and I tried the hibiscus tea, Korean chicken sandwich, the beef bibimbap, and the kimchi fries. Everything was so good and tasty and we left no crumbs. It did take a bit as it was busy and they were making everything in front of us but the family making everything and serving us was so nice and kind. Thank you!
Not a lot of Korean food around Allentown, so this was a nice find! Friendly folks and nice countertop experience at the farmers market. Unfortunately my dolsot bibimbap was drenched with sesame oil but was otherwise tasty. Wish they gave complimentary water :(
Loved this place, great service. I got the build your own bowl with shrimp. Asked if I could get a mix of salad and rice for my base and it seems like they don’t do it often, but the man very kindly agreed to do that for me. Will be back, 100% great experience
